Will you be taking them to court in batches of £750 if you are based in Scotland? My brother has about £5000 in bank charges so this will be a nightmare!!Envy is the most stupid of vices, for there is no single advantage to be gained from it.:A0 -

Does this mean that if i use the London branch for communications then i can claim through them? Sounds more positive if that is the case.
Thanks for the help and i will read the link given.Envy is the most stupid of vices, for there is no single advantage to be gained from it.:A0 -
Got a letter from them today saying the same as your guys have mentioned and that we arent getting our money back.
The other website i started with said this as the steps
1) request statements
2) LBA
3) take them to court
But since being on this letter you guys seem to send 2 further letters aswell but on the other website the ppl there have had no probs reclaiming there charges this way
Should i continue with this method i have been used as i already have 2 court cases on going at the moment.0 -
