Sounds like a standard reply and you should move on to the next step.

  • does anyone have experience of claiming back from Clydesdale Bank
  • Hi, First query is i sent my first letter to the Clydesdale bank in November asking for statements for three seperate accounts and paid the £10 for this.

On the 15th December i received statements for only one account, due to Dh health not being good worse in December i did not follow up on this regarding the other two accounts.

My question regarding this is can i still follow this up giving the time lapse or do i need to submit another request with another £10 cheque.

Second query can i claim back the service charges given to me for being overdrawn as on checking the statements i did receive this is where most of my charges are £256 0ver 6 months and one was for being 10p overdraw the sc charge was £28.44.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Interested to find out how you get on as i'm currently just starting the whole process for my brother. I'm not hopeful about the Clydesdale bank though as I can't find anyone that's been sucessful.

    Fingers crossed for you Abadonian.
