Hi
have just phoned the courts to ask whats happening, ive sent in my court bundle and my court date is august 14th, but won't be there as on holiday, the clerk said the judge has stayed all cases. The courts will write and let me know what will be happening next. He said it will be up to the judge whether the cases are heard or not!!! Fingers crossed they are heard!!
Good luck to you all!

Hi I wrote to Abbey claiming a refund of Bank Charges for around £3k (inc int). They wrote back and told me that it would take around 4 weeks to investigate. After 4 weeks they wrote again and said that it would take another 4 weeks. I believe they can take 8 weeks to respond so I wasn't too worried. Then I got a letter saying that I had no claim for the charges as I had been overdrawn.
What can I do??

proceed with your claim, they're wrong!you can still go through the courts. Goodluck0

I read in the paper (I think it was yesterday) that all banks etc are told to say no to all claims for refunds on bank charges in the first instance (bit like DLA!) and so you should carry on for what's rightfully yours. Good luck0

Thanks for replying. I will carry on
