I really want this sorted and sent a letter to Abbey 3 weeks ago, I called last week and they are still dealing with it. Do you start proceedings or keep waiting?0

hi all, i am claiming bank charges from abbey. i sent all relevant letters and had no joy in getting a full refund. i took them to the FO and after a few weeks, success. the FO sent a final letter stating i would get my money within 4 weeks. i still dont have my money back yet and stuck on what i should do. i have phoned the FO and told them, they said they would look into it for me. is there anything i can do?0

I am in court tomorrow for a prelim hearing. I am putting together my bundleand have just noticed that the original template that I used on the court claim form has changed.....It no longer mentions the 1896 case of wilson v love. Is this going to cause me a problem?
Also if possible can one of you guys help me out with what I will need and where to find it? For instance, will I need a copy of the wilson case law and if so where do I get it?
I turned down an offer of 80% the other day I am beginning to regret it!
thanks in advance
