Sorry for your loss MWC, sounds like you've had an awful year on that front.
Hope you had a good time in Spain?0 -
Morning MWC, I’m only just catching up it’s diaries. So sorry to hear about your loss. Sending a huge hug and I’m sure the Tilly hounds would be giving you a huge cuddle if we were closer.
We can’t make the travel walk day as I fly home on the Friday night and we have decided to see my mum on the Saturday. Dad would have been 96 so we are taking mum for lunch.
Sounds like Mr MWC will need a relaxing break over Christmas.
Best wishes Tilly xxx2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:

Sounds like you'll both need a break over Christmas
. Sorry about aunt xxxx.
Not too much sympathy for Mr MWC as I have just written my bucket list and seeing the Northern Lights is on it . Though I've already crossed one thing off the list in the last week - I did think I'd have to go further than the end of my road to see whales in the wild but a pod decided to swim past just for me :T:T:T. However, they only showed their backs so I sill need to see some proper whale type things :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Hello
The end of November was a bit manic and some of my goals fell by the wayside...
1. Go to the gym a minimum of 20 times before 10 December.
17/20
2. Follow the WW plan properly in November and at least 5x/week in December.
32/32 resulting in a 10.5 lb loss :T
3. Reduce caffeine intake - maximum 1 coffee/day.
30/32
4. Drink 1.5 L water/day (including weekends).
31/32
5. No late nights in November.
25/32
6. No watching rubbish made-for-TV Christmas movies when I'm home alone midweek (I have identified this as a trigger for binge eating ). Go for a walk instead!
32/32
7. Make a real effort to get to work early or on-time every day (my current punctuality is appalling)
13/24
8. Meal plan from larder/freezer/garden in November. Only buy milk, yogurt, bread, fruit & vegetables.
Completely lost countand there is still too much food in the freezer.
9. No unnecessary spending!
Could do better... 16/32
My aims for December are to end the month no heavier than I started it, and to be kind to myself and others
I've had a lovely weekend with Mr MWC :happyhear
