    1. Go to the gym a minimum of 20 times before 10 December.

    2. Follow the WW plan properly in November and at least 5x/week in December.
    :mad: the plan has changed and my daily points allowance is lower, 23/23 WW points [20/32]
    3. Reduce caffeine intake - maximum 1 coffee/day.

    4. Drink 1.5 L water/day (including weekends).
    Yes, 1.5 L [20/32]
    5. No late nights in November.
    Planning to be in bed by 9.45 pm - early start tomorrow [20/32]
    6. No watching rubbish made-for-TV Christmas movies when I'm home alone midweek (I have identified this as a trigger for binge eating ). Go for a walk instead!

  • Mr MWC ran his first half marathon this morning and finished in just over 2 hours :T:T:T
    Not bad for an old man :rotfl:

    Weigh-in day for me and I've lost 2.5 lb :j That's 9.5 lb in 3 weeks :D

    And the leaf blower is still in the box... :o By the time we'd finished a late lunch, there was just enough daylight to muck out The Girls and pick some salad leaves. Updated tally is 22 bags @ £1.63/bag :)

    Beef, mushroom & chestnut stew that used up some OOD chestnuts & dried mushrooms but we needed to buy some beef as there wasn't enough in the freezer [15/32]

    Nearly - it was raining so rather than get out of bed, I rolled over and dozed for another 30 minutes! [12/20]

  • I sympathise with your bad journeys MWC, I've had some dreadful ones recently and my commute is long enough as it is :( I work in central Cambridge so it's only going to get worse as Christmas approaches. I look forward to half terms and holidays when it all eases up!
