To help others can you state what you have already?

I'd imagine you had sky world on sky+ or Standard sky box. The advisor probably offered you 20% off for 12 months if you took the HD pack. As a result of the HD pack you got the box free and then you got free install because you had a tenure in excess of 8 years?

This is one scenario, I can think of a few others with the same resultant price, but again the details are crucial to help your fellow MSE users.

Hi Bubblegun, I had the sky family pack,sky+ box ,sky broadband and sky talk.What I have now is same package but with a new skyHDbox,wireless adapter for sky on demand , free HD subscription for a year and engineer installation tomorrow .Hope this helps. Ps I have been customer for 10yrs.
