Send the next letter straight away to the customer relations dpt. At each stage, don't wait for them to reply. If you give a deadline, and they don't answer or say they will be longer. Move on once your own deadline is up.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Yes, don't wait for them to 'consider' your claim.0 -
Thank you very much Im going to start by going to the bank tomorrow and asking for as many statements as possible. I hope they dont charge me too much im not too good with face to face confrontation!!! thank you once again, I cant belive how mch ppl are willing to help on this website :TTotal debt £17,135 total paid off £5250

No, don't go to the bank and ask for your statements as then they are quite likely and legally able to charge you per statement.
Please read Martin's article and then read it again and start with the first step via the links in the article.

any answers or help is much appreciated with this one.
I have recived a letter today from the courts (after having sent them my court bundle)
I've well and truly stuffed this one up. (although I thought I had included everything, I certainly followed all procedures off the last letter the courts sent me)
here goes. This is word for word on what the letter states.
"The district Judge has had sight of your trial bundle and makes the following comments: The lodged bundle does not appear to contain the statements of the evidence that will be given by the claimaint and any other witnesses nor does it seem to contain the statements of any evidence of any witness the defendants intend calling nor the parties skeleton arguments.
If we are wrong please direct us to the page nyumbers. Have the defendants served any statements, documents, or their skeleton arguement?
the court looks forward to your reply.
Well, to be honest I have only ever recieved 1 page which was in the way of a court allocation questionaire on which the solicitor of the bank sent to me, this is the only piece I have and this was included (or so I thought) in the court bundle I prepared. Could anyone please simplify the following to me so it's a little easier for someone who struggles to understand the court language.
Much appreciated.

Okay folks, now I want you to work for the help received
I'd like you, from now, to add your reclaim into a rolling total and post it at the end of your post. Easy start for the first person as they just need to add kayron8's £100 to their claim and put this amount at the bottom of their post.
I was going to start this at the beginning of the year but haven't had the time to run through the thread and add it up so if we start from now, when I get a minute I'll add up January and pop it in to the running total.
This thread is especially to report your successes taking on the banks to reclaim unfair charges. The aim is to show others that it is possible and it works. Please report your successes here, if possible in the format
