first of all thanks to all for help!

i got an agreement letter saying i could have the full amount from hsbc (£551) which am very happy about. its says they will crdit me account with in 7 working days. the only problem is its now been over 7 working days and when i phone they say they are very busy and doing there best. i understand there must be a lot to go through but it cant take over 7 days to credit money to an account. should i think about calling them and speaking to someone in charge, or leave it for a little longer? also has anyone else waited so long for the money back once they agreed the refund???

They normally only send statements. You will have to produce a schedule of all the unauthorised charges (date, reason, charge) yourself I'm afraid. You can also, if you wish, use Martin's calculator on the Home page to work out interest charges, if you're also claiming for these initially. I've actually got two schedules ... the first one I produced myself which I sent to the bank (without interest) and one using the calculator in case it goes to court, in which case I will be claiming interest. Bear in mind that the calculator will work out the interest for you when you insert the charge and date, but will not show the reason for the charge.icon7.gif
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS
