[STRIKE]Extra for today (seeing as it's an easy day really) dampen down one hotspot[/STRIKE]
Hooray, I love this room! At the moment it's really clean and tidy to allow for the baby being here soon (we're hoping for a home birth, so I wanted it all tidy for the midwife!!!).
Well, the sheets are in the wash and it looks like my poor little machine will be on the go all day. Tiny DS woke up with a nosebleed, so his bedding will have to be done a day or so early this week. Poor DS, such a brave little lamb. Will also [STRIKE]wash the curtains [/STRIKE]today as they're all dusty and I've made the mistake of reading about dust mites recently. Yuck.
Extra for today will be [STRIKE]sorting the dreaded wardrobe [/STRIKE]:j - bit scary to tell you the truth. Still, if I start now, I'll be (maybe) done by sundown! :rotfl:
Also, [STRIKE]will wash the skirting boards[/STRIKE]. They look icky.:o0 -

XOXOXO0 -
Morning everyone.
Managed to get yesterday's jobs done apart from cleaning the floors.
Left over from earlier in the week is cleaning the lounge window and finishing off the oven.
Spent the whole afternoon and evening out with DS yesterday. We went to the park, then into town to do a couple of bits I needed to get sorted, went to the Titanic exhibition, then met friends for something to eat and saw Scooby Doo show at the theatre.
Woke up with lots of enthusiasm this morning to get flying but have a bit of a jippy tum:eek: so not sure how much I will get sorted today....it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.

Morning all, hope you all had a great easter.
We went away for a couple of days and went to twin lakes in melton mowbray, would recommend it for kids under 11 as it was great.
However house looks awful, dusty, and stuff dumped and still to be unpacked. How do you cope with fly lady when you have been away. I intend to unpack and put everythign away this morning, the washing machine is already on its 2nd load so that side of things will be sorted.
And I see todays list is the master bedroom, which I can cope with, especially as thats where all the cases are LOL, but what do I do about the stuff from monday and tuesday, I know we are not meant to play catch up, but mon and tues is the whole of my downstairs! is it really okay to leave it til next week? Half of me would really like to do it, the other half sayes leave it thats the rules, I'm tempted to go for a quick swish and hoover, but not sure if it would stop at that.
What do you all do?Always on the hunt for a bargain0 -

What do you all do?
I play catch up sometimes depending if I have the time. If you are going to feel better for giving downstairs a quick swish and a hoover then go for it, and if you don't stop there then fair enough, but don't feel like you have to do everything. Maybe give yourself 15 mins do as much as you can in that time and be done with it, it'll be monday again before you know it.Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR0 -

Morning!
Pigpen - how do you do it???? You must be superwoman - I'm struggling with the house and one baby!
Yesterday had a brill flying day as DS had good sleeps but then in the afternoon sat on here and wasted away the afternoon. Oh well, I enjoyed it. Had planned all my jobs to get everything done fresh for the estate agent on Friday but now am babysitting all day for my cousin and will cook for her and her dad for tead. But will have a fab day playing, just need to get my act together.
Right have done so far:
Nipped to Aldi for bits needed
Dropped clothes off at BHF bin
Done nearly all dallies, 3 left
Made red lentil and veg puree for baby
Played, fed, etc baby
Cleaned dining carpet
To do:
make corn chowder for baby
Tidy garage
Send Dh up loft to store stuff
Put gammon in SC
Give everywhere a good proper hoover
Clean bathrooms
Change bed (tomorrow so its fresh for E A)
Right little man waking up so must give him dinner and then prehaps left him have a bounce in his dog thing while I do the chowder.
Will update later, have a good day all!Lightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!
Baby on board!:D0
