The lists the first post edited. I change the colour of the typing each day to make it easier to see where we are. Some lists look long but they aren't really. The list today took me 30 minutes tops start to finish, including polishing all the glass inc vivarium etc and wiping down all the skirting boards on the landing and in the sitting room, plus cleaning the doors. It's all just broken into little steps. It looks daunting but most will tell you it gets much quicker after time. Kitchens about the harshest day for some, it'll probably take me about half an hour again because I have let it slip being school hols but most weeks takes me much less, but as the weeks go on and it stays tidier it does get easier. We do more each day so we can have weekends off (Also gives those without kids Fridays off as kids rooms are Fridays) but some prefer to do some things on a weekend.

  • Hello peeps. Haven't been around for about a week now as lead for my laptop has given up the ghost. Have ordered a new one and will have it this week. I didn't fly last week at all anyway so there was nothing to report. I totally revamped my rear garden from a hovel to a sunny paradise ( ok then tidy place). House had mud traipsed from one end to another but got on my knees and cleaned it today. Got a bvaby rabbit last week and on Friday night it was attacked by a ferret. Thought it was going to die but looks like it has only lost a wee bit of its lip. All say awww!!!
It is an absolute sweetheart too. Been living indoors for the past few days too as we had to feed her with a syringe. Has kept me awake loads for the past 3 nights. I thought htose days of being up with a baby were over too :rotfl: Back out in its hutch tonight with a door and locks etc on it so hopefully it will be fine. Back to work for me tomorrow unfortunately. Have managed most of todays list and have made a head start on kitchen for tomorrow. Happy flying all xx
