I think the offer that they have given me could have gone up more if I held out for more but I am taking time off work which in result means I am only getting half out my wages so just want to get funds asap to help me out abit.
Rejecting their offer will probably take another 3 months to come back with another offer, of probably a couple of hundred which is not worth it.
The physiotherapy exercises that I am doing is helping a lot and I feel better then what I was like 3 and half months ago.
I just want it to be resolved asap. It's doing my head in. I just want case closed. Many are saying to reject first offer, but I'll just accept it and leave it as that. Thankfully, it wasn't a major traffic collision and hasn't resulted in me being permanently crippled
Your solicitor shouldn't have allowed you to settle this quickly. He is meant to act in your best interest and it is evident he has not. All this has been is a quick buck for both of you. What if you blackouts get worse and you can't return to work or have to give up your driving licence, is 3.6k B good offer then?0 -

I believe the backouts will get better, i am taking a risk with settling but then again, the damage cause was minimal. They will probably offer another £500.
I think I shouldn't of accepted the first offer, but hey, what's done is done now I guess.
I am currently driving, and driving fine. I am feeling and getting better, I can't foresee myself getting worse.
I should return to work in the next 2 months. Which is good. A month ago I was looking at mid june/july.0 -

Well you carry on believing and hopefully all should be ok.
If you have a blackout at the wheel you face a dangerous driving charge and if you have not informed your insurance company of your condition you face them coming after you for any costs they incur.
It's not a case of refusing the first offer, its a matter of being compensated correctly for any injuries you have received. Looking at you car I don't know how you got them.
If you are trolling you're not a good one. If you are genuine your solicitor may have tucked you up big style.0 -

You can be fined up to £1,000 if you don’t tell DVLA about a medical condition that affects your driving. If you’re involved in an accident, you may be prosecuted. At the end of the day, both parties will suffering as a result of an car accident, both will have to disclose their accident to their insurance companies for 5 years, regardless of who is at fault. Whilst having a non fault claim is better, than having a fault claim, it will hurt me in pocket because of my age, and lack of NCB.Though I am seriously considering not telling any future insurers even though they can find out by searching the database.I've posted offer my letter today, accepting the third parties' valuation of my personal injury. Hopefully that idiot will admit liability,so I can recoup my losses, the nightmare, and the difficult time I've gone through.

So you had an accident on the 7th October 2012 when according to this post on another forum you had insurance with the co-op.21-11-2012 00:22 Co-Op Young Drivers Insurance is actually not bad.So, I've had the CO-OP young drivers black box in my car for four months now and I must admit,
If you can't get car insurance without a box, consider CO-OP, I haven't tried any other blackbox company but I think CO-OP would beat any of them out there.
Now all of a sudden it has changed to Tesco, when you start stories make sure you use the same story, otherwise it just shows you up as a liar and Troll.TrueUnitedFan wrote: »

I had co-op at the beginning, my policy started on june of last year, but july changed to tesco because co-op would accept NO modifications at all and the mod i wanted on the punto tesco accepted so I changed to them.
no longer with co-op tesco were good with dealing with this.0 -

I think with the way things are, I might been on the box for 4 more years"
