I had a large non-fault claim (both in terms of damage and personal injury) in my first year of driving, and that had impact on my premiums for a good few years afterwards, and by then I was late twenties in age, and certainly shopped arounds in terms of quotes.0 -
So he got all that money for this:-
Unbelievable.
Now you all know why your premiums are going through the roof. Little scrotes like the OP jumping on the band wagon.
Time for a PPR!0 -

It may be the third parties fault but that doesn't give you the right to commit insurance fraud (which is what you've just done btw). You've claimed compensation for an injury that doesn't exist and wasn't caused by the accident.
Anyone know what roundabout the op was on? - PLEASE report it to the local police - show them this thread - I'd love to see the op get busted.
He's a thieving money grabbing lying deceptive little pr**k putting up premiums for the rest of us.0 -

You didn't suffer no injury, in your accident. I did.
Seriously you really have no morals do you. I suffered a head on impact against a freelander - you have any idea how heavy and how much force those things excert against another vehicle? I suffered no injury yet the car was a write off.
Somehow, for a minor side swipe, you're claiming you've been injured so badly that you need £3.5k ? Thats BS, absolute BS.
I suspect you're the sort who goes around trying to be the bigman and pretending to be hard too right? - Yet you're injured by a side impact ? :rotfl:
You've got a hard life ahead of you.0 -
