Nobody said that Darfyddi's post was gospel.
That's what I said, except that it needs pointing out to some folks, ie don't believe everything printed on here.
And is Darfyd qualified?, by he length of his post he seemed to be professing to be, or at least giving out enough info as to not be questioned.
Look this was not intended to be a troll, you got that wrong, BUT, if the only thing you get from my posts is this, then I'm fine;
"Don't give advice, it could leave you liable."
Give opinion/view/suggestion even, not direct advice, but if you disagree.............. sorry.[/QUOTE]
He was giving his own experience, and that was quite clear. Yet you singled him out to say that what he said was flawed.0 -
well, well well, what a turn of events.... All of you haters, eat this!
dear xxxx we have received recent correspondence from third party insurers who have put forward a valuation of £3650 in full and final settlement of your claim for personal injury.
In the event that you wished to accept this offer, please find enclosed an authority which we require you to sign and return to our offices.
I will now accept this offer. Basically phoned solicitors and they said that this is a fantastic offer. So I am not going to be greedy. They are going to send witness statement off to third party and fingers crossed. they will admit liability.
God I think this is going to be a terrific year!0 -
You never said anything about being injured before (although I didn't follow every page).0

I suffered the underbearable pain all over my body 2 weeks later...So now we are taking money under false pretences then? Unless you made it up. Pic or it didn't happen. I thought you said elsewhere you had morals and weren't going to invent an injury.

What are you trying to portray? That I am a liar, that a medical profession has lied about their medical examination of me? I do not think so!
I just hope this get's sorted very soon. How long can I expect to receive the cheque once third party admits they are one big fat liar?
Why would third party insurers send me a valuation whilst who is at fault has not yet been decided? Perhaps they have come to the decision that their client is at fault?0 -
No doubt the op will soon be moaning about how their premium keeps going up due to fraudulent personal injury claims..0

We all know that personal injury legal people have persuasive ways of making a legitimate claim up for people. No doubt you were examined by their own medical people.
I personally think you're full of BS. Pain 2 weeks later from an accident you openly admit caused no real injury.. thats absolute BS especially from a side impact.
I was in a prang a while back that was HEAD ON with a Land Rover Freelander. Many months later I am STILL FINE WITH NO INJURY.
You're just a twisted little teen determined to screw the world up a bit more than it already is.0 -

Your parent's must be so proud of you!
You didn't suffer no injury, in your accident. I did.0 -

The car did shake a little bit and I had a passenger who was sitting in the seat where the car hit the door.
He's one of those guys who would jump at making a claim but I told him, leave it it's not worth it. No real injury so what's the point.
No real injury and you get £3.6K?0 -

I went to a hotel where other people were involved in car accidents were they too.
Anyway, I was given a medical form to fill out, didn't even fill out the first page when someone came, grabbed my medical form and told me to come into a room.
Ask me a few questions, my injuries, time off work, (if any) been to GP or doctors)
this was for 5 minutes, and I was told I can go. Still had other parts of my medical form to complete. No erays, tests were done.
Now I'm worried this guy, even though may put into a good report for me, may not be represented correctly.
Also from a thread in which you thought you had been flashed for running a red light:TrueUnitedFan wrote: »Could this work? Say I was selling the car, someone came to inquire about it and they showed me their licence and they said they were fully comp or had a trader's policy.. and I'm only 18, recently passed so don't really know the ins and outs of insurance, seemed legit and I let him test drive the car, though I couldn't remember the name I do have his number?
I don't believe it for one single solitary minute.
