Trolling on another forum as well as that pointed out earlier by another poster:
Should I accept the first offer, I am looking for another 3,000 if I am honest, the amount of stress and pain I've been through.

I also need a courtesy car, for a week or two. Do you think I will be able to get one now? Accident happened nearly 4 months ago.
Either seriously deluded or just a troll. My money's on the latter considering the way he slunk away with his tail between his legs yesterday.

I think the whole thing is a fabrication.

If there is an obvious injury yes. The op claims his symptoms turned up a couple of weeks later.
I suspect the law cares not one jot about any delay in manifestation - I suspect it's rather absolute about it - such that he / she / it may be potentially breaking the law by not reporting it as an accident, if an injury was a result.

I don't know, have a read. It's say you must report it as soon as practicable and any case within 24 hours. If you 'develop' injuries after 24 hours then what?

    Presumably "as soon as practicable".

I suspect the police taking any action, would depend on how busy they were and whether the drivers involved didn't fail the attitude test when they finally got around to reporting it.

My perception of this is, should any injuries manifest later than 24 hours, but perceived as definite consequences (such that people are going to pursue personal injury claims) they are obliged to report the accident to the police ASAP - I suspect that's rather non-negotiable from an absolute perspective on the law, there.

I don't think the requirement suddenly disappears if the injury wasn't apparent in the following 24 hours. If people are so sure they are injured as a result, to the degree they're involved with personal injury claims, then the requirement of law is, I suspect, rather absolute.

Nothing may come of not doing so, but on the other hand, if, say, the police were to become aware...

I was in a car accident which involved the car rolling and hitting banks at the sides of the road

About 2 days later I was stiff and aching as if bruised all over

3 or 4 days after that there was nothing wrong with me

Perhaps this chancer had something like that for 2 days, but I'm sceptical of even that given his insulting attitude to someone elsewhere while telling her he had no intention of claiming.

No because the whole thing is 100% pure trolling BS from start to finish and not worth expending time an effort on it.

I don't believe there is a claim and I don't believe there is an offer either.

OP was initially sussed on this thread on page 1.

At the end of the day, I was involved in an accident that was not my fault.

Around 2 weeks after the accident, I received terrible pains all over my body. This is without doing anything that could of caused the injury.

I went to the doctors, who then referred me for physiotherapy. Upon going physiotherapy, I scan was done, which found I had damage to my pelvis. I have pins and needles constantly, have back, arms and leg pain, and, I suffer from blackouts, I scared to drive a car again.

All this will take 10 - 12 months to clear up.

I was prepared to leave things as it was, even though i was not in the wrong. Even though I recieved the injuries I occoured, I wasn't expecting to jump on the injury claim bandwagon and starting claiming.

When I recieved a letter from the third party, saying it was my fault and claiming from whiplash, that was it for me. She thought because I am a young driver, she thought what a great oppourtunity...

How wrong she is. I am expecting her premiums to rise dramatically because of this, and it is all her fault for being a greedy t!t.

At the end of the day, both parties will suffering as a result of an car accident, both will have to disclose their accident to their insurance companies for 5 years, regardless of who is at fault. Whilst having a non fault claim is better, than having a fault claim, it will hurt me in pocket because of my age, and lack of NCB.

Though I am seriously considering not telling any future insurers even though they can find out by searching the database.

I've posted offer my letter today, accepting the third parties' valuation of my personal injury. Hopefully that idiot will admit liability, so I can recoup my losses, the nightmare, and the difficult time I've gone through.

I've had to buy a car, change the car on the policy, which cost £400 to do. Altogether this has cost £1500 out of my own pocket.

I would never wish my worse enemy to go through with what I'm going through at this moment of time.

My insurance company tesco have been fantastic!

Black outs from a pelvic injury?

Have you informed the dvla? Maybe you shouldn't be driving.

If your injury is genuine and you will not recover for 8 months it is very bad advice to settle now. What if your conditions worsens?

Obviously driving whilst suffering from blackouts is very dangerous, I was experiencing blackouts, say twice a week, I am now getting it, around once a month which isn't too bad.

I think the offer that they have given me could have gone up more if I held out for more but I am taking time off work which in result means I am only getting half out my wages so just want to get funds asap to help me out abit.

Rejecting their offer will probably take another 3 months to come back with another offer, of probably a couple of hundred which is not worth it.

The physiotherapy exercises that I am doing is helping a lot and I feel better then what I was like 3 and half months ago.

I just want it to be resolved asap. It's doing my head in. I just want case closed. Many are saying to reject first offer, but I'll just accept it and leave it as that. Thankfully, it wasn't a major traffic collision and hasn't resulted in me being permanently crippled
