There is no time problem or stress factor whilst waiting for a tribunal hearing, as I have all of the evidence that I am satisfied will once again see me in the Support Group until at least June 2014 when I will be 65.
So today you are Andy
Here you were Paula being all girly and much youngerMany people of all ages don't vote. Why should they - nothing ever changes.
My parents have not voted for the past 40 odd years and in the 13 years since I turned 18, I have never voted.
What will happen will happen - much the same as the Welfare Reform Bill - the House of Lords wanted it changed - the Commons said no way - it's our way or no way!!
Politicians are all the same, the only difference is some are less able than the rest - but basically they are a load of lying scumbags.Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama0 -
I'd say that depends. If someone has a severe disabliity that is documented as very unlikely to improvement and indeed likely to worsen, it would probably be a bigger waste of money regularly assessing them than just paying the benefits? maybe? Of course regular assessment also creates public sector jobs (more taxpayers money
)
I agree.
My DS is very unlikely to ever work, but his condition wont improve.SPC #1813

That is a very good point. When does a live in carer become a live in partner?
Generally, two people who don't live together will receive more in benefits than if they lived together.
Some argue that love makes up for the loss of income, but who knows which is the more important.
On this site you are unlikely to find many that will give you a straight answer - more likley you will stand accused of planning benefit fraud!
If I became my friend's carer and moved in to provide the level of care needed, would we be in a 'lesbian relationship'?
The mind boggles.
I would be seeking clarification from CAB over this one.
Cant be bothered looking for more but I suspect there are more from the anti-benefits trollThe DWP = Legally kicking the Disabled when they are down.0 -

Please quote one post from this forum where someone has been advised on how to 'cheat' the benefits system.0 -
