There's nothing to do ... got to go out, been googling, nowhere free to be/go. Another day sitting in the car for 8 hours then.
Found another library, that has the potential to be a big one - fact is, there are no big libraries though.... I'll try it as there's free parking there too. Could turn that into an all dayer.

If its any consolation PN, I will be driving the 2 nd least efficient car in the world. Or maybe the first least efficient is in the garage still. They often give be a sort of cut and shut uber long wheel base land rover. I could host a mobile np meet up in it. :)
Yes, it'll cost you more :)
That's something that goes through my mind when posh cars boot past me .... "it's costing you more mate"... then I realise their car's probably cost £20-50k and I realise.... and they earn a fortune so don't care :)

It's very strange, but in the UK 9 out of 10 people "don't do praying". In the USA, probably more than half the population do "do praying", and in India probably 99.99% "do praying".

    Any explanations for the disparity?

I really answer for any of the rest of the 9/10 British non-prayers, but as I am not religious it seems hypocritical offering prayers to any higher beings. I have no problems whatsoever with anyone else believing or praying, and there are plenty of things I hope for and even more that I need 'forgiveness' for, but until I find a religion that I believe in (and I suspect that I won't find an organised religion I believe in - however, I'm not actively seeking one either), I don't 'do' praying :) If I am in a situation where others are praying I do stand respectfully though :)

Problem is I don't want to delete any of the 50 messages from PN propositioning me :)
Propositioning doesn't usually look like: "s0d off", "stop bothering me", "I'll get you PPR'd", "the Police know where you live"...
    :)

The Spirit family has been out to dinner tonight to celebrate as Mr Spirit has had some good news at work. Great food, lovely chat , enough to drink as DD drove.

One of the benefits of is that he will travel less, as he will be home more he will play tennis more and see his friends more too. He will walk the dog more which is a joy for both of them. Good news all round.

Another milestone is that from 1 March our DD is giving us housekeeping. We do not need it, but that is not the point, it is that she knows living is not for free.
Well done Mr S. He'll start to get under your feet before too long :)

I don't think you should feel obliged to go out just to create the impression to an absent landlord that you are working. Plenty of people work from home these days.
