we eat mostly at the same time but if at restaurant etc and we are trying each others food then it's fine. we sometimes swap plates half way.

edit: still no car and looks like no car for the week. think it might be a garage call and see what they can do to fix the car.

We eat at the same time when we share a plate. We just...share the plate/bowl and either dip in two forks or alternate. :o

Edit...oh and they didn't call about my car either. I said to dh that this might mean its not dead after all because they would be able to tell that very quickly I would have thought, but dh said its more likely they just didn't collect it yet.

The problem is all at her location, so the answer needs to be for her to ask around. The problem is that she won't do that in case friends think she is hinting for them to offer to meet her.

This really was the only firm online that seemed to have a proper set up, I now feel they were just farming out the jobs to inadequate local offices who didn't understand the concept of M&G.

Going back to the community answer, presumably you could call there and ask for a recommendation?

Advice needed please, NP, particularly the Aspie ones. The sign in the Starbucks loo I visited today said:

Would the NP have complied, and where would they have pee'd?
I'd have just sighed ... and wondered why firms insist on recruiting graduates.

Ah but how many days do you wake up to the magic of snow on the ground

(we'll ignore the 20 minutes delay on the trains for the time being)

Am I the only mean-spirited one who has to remind themselves to be pleased for Mr G's sucess rather than envious of it. (I know this is just me so please don't stop posting about it, I am really pleased for you and it is entirely my fault that I am not hapy with my lot which actually is perfectly fine).
I'm always pretty pee'd off at BOTH of you :)

I'd have ignored the sign ... it's the sign "Here be Idiots". Just snort-worthy.... then ignore.

Do you still have connections there? Perhaps you could call up someone locally and ask for suggestions?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

So, after the frustration of my neice's choices and her family's (IMO poor) guidance and failure to deliver on promises for her uni choices she has ended up not getting her first choice again this year. I understand that she is going to the one I was crossing my fingers for for her (for personal reasons) . Just with a deferred year. She worked the summer and is npow going on some pretty wonderful holidays. It grates that it fails to register the extreme position of luck she has and that most in her situation would not have, but I am very pleased that the deferred year has resulted in what I always thought was a fantastic choice for her.
