How about a Mazda MX-5? Really good fun to drive.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    Cheap
    New and none
Carrying insane amounts of animal feed, dogs and towing across the field plus nipping in and parking in town, Something like a transformer I guess.

I miss a nippy car. But no convertibles! I have my hair to think of (and the dogs to keep in).

I remember before towing weights go tighter up seeing peoplle arrive at horse shows pulling light trailers on heavier convertibles. Mad.

    Subaru Forester

Also comes in black! 4WD, rather large, room for dogs and feed, good for towing.

Oh yeah I know them. Vets have them.

I wanted one before we went to Italy. Dh thinks they look to grown up ( like Volvos that used to be the biggest cars in the car park before the mums got off r0aders) and resisted but I think I might suggest it again.

( I am having a blonde day...stress making brain hurt, easier to be silly)

Is this the moment to tell you that although I haven't checked the temps yet they are forecasting 4-8 inches of snow countrywide next Monday/Tuesday?

How about a forrester for your car?

Where do you get your forecast, Michaels? BBC weather forecast for London is just snow showers for Mon/Tues.

Forester is a good choice, I think. I hired one once, and it all worked. Edit: What about road tax, though?
