Perhaps best to find out what happens to families at your hotel.

I would be mad as well.

This happened to us once but in this country and only for three nights and we did not find out until we got to the hotel.

It had been a long drive and I was really cross, the other room was even on a different floor!!

I very politely but firmly explained that in no way was it acceptable.
We had to wait a while while they sorted it out but we did get our connecting room in the end.

I do hope you get it sorted out, that is lot of money for a holiday where everything is not right.

Im waiting on the Travel Agent to get back to me
she says that they run out of the room type we need
and she is going to speak to the on site rep....

If it all fails ill be dragging beds down the hallways in the hotel
and upsetting other guests with all the noise i make :-)

Bob The Saver is an idiot.

I would not have my 8 year old where I couldn't see or hear her through an open doorway at night when we were all sleeping.

It doesn't matter if Madeleine McCann's parents were 130 yards or 3 yards away - yes they left her alone, but if the scenario was different and they were all asleep when she disappeared, across the hall, then everyone would be slating them for not being in the same room!!

I would write to the travel agents head office - also, all calls should be recorded, I think they are fobbing you off.

I have 9 wks before i go...
I said to them.... that i will go in there shop every day
call every hour until i get this sorted ....

And yes Bob you are an idiot....
I love my babies and would never let them sleep behind a locked
door in a corridor in another country...

First Choice are gonna get me hounding them for the
next 9wks
