• I also signed my acceptance form back in September and was waiting and waiting for Egg to get back to. However I decided to take matters into my own hands and email Ian Clark at Citigroup. I also copied in crt.pleaseassist@citigroup.com I sent the email to Mr Clark on Monday afternoon and guess what, a cheque from Egg has just arrived for me today! Happy days!
• Hi, I also sent my acceptance back on the 25th Sep. I emailed Ian Clark last night and had phone call by 10am this morning from Citibank. They have my details and the cheque is being processed, they said they do have a delay, and to expect another 15 days. But at least I have heard :)

Hi guys what email address do u have for mr ian clark. I found one but i never had a responce back if anyone could help that would be great
• Check the postcode the letter said to send your acceptance to! It's an invalid postcode it should say BN99 2AR but the letter says BR99
• Hi you are right about the postcode.

I received the letter from Canada Square and on their letter they have the postcode as BR99 3AR which I used when I sent my acceptance form via recorded delivery and guess what my form has still not been delivered even though this went via first class recorded delivery about 4 days ago.

They are using all tactics to delay the pay out!!
• I'm in the same position, sent my form back in September and I have tried to contact them to make sure they have received the authorisation form back but had no response. I accept that there might be a delay in sending out the cheques but I need to be sure they have received the form in the first place. I have emailed Ian Clark and when I get a response i will update on this page.

up date on my case, i emailed mr clark last week no replie. so i tried again 8 oclock last night, had a replie back saying he will contact me first thing in the morning. Which he has done. My cheque is now being sent out straight away.

Thank you very much Mr clark.

I must say that i had a claim with a & l which is no santander. Had the usaul stuff off them saying they had sent me a letter bla bla. We never had anything. But once we had agreed a fee 10 days the money was in my bank. This set up with egg is a complet joke.
• I have too just had a response saying they have received my acceptance form back and that my cheque will be sent out within the next 15 days.
• I had the claim form set from Egg, which I completed and returned.
I revived my complaint upheld letter on the 14th September. It was posted back the next day, to which I have heard nothing.

I have had claims with HSBC and Santander upheld and paid in this time.

I have sent four emails, one being to Ian at citi to which I have had no reply. I have since given up waiting for the postman like a dog waiting for its owner to come home.
• I'm in the same boat as many of you lovely people, had a settlement figure from Egg, which they sent out on 25th September and I duly sent the signed acceptance form back the next day.

I just sent an email to Mr Clark asking for confirmation that they've received my acceptance form, I'm not particularly fussed if it takes another 15 days for the cheque to be delivered.

Just that frustration of not being able to get a clear handle on what is going on thanks to automated phones, company changes et cetra.
