It looks like kat's November challenge is taking on a life of it's own! The more the merrier...that goes for the lovely cheerleaders too :j

I got my confused.com cheque today so managed a detour via the bank - I paid it into the bank that my DDs come from so, rather than wait for it to clear, I transferred £25 of my money to the dreaded Virgin card and the cheque can clear in the meantime in my bank account an will be ready when it's needed to pay a DD

So, as a result.....my Virgin Credit Card is below £500 :j:j:j:j:j The minimum payment will be done as soon as I get paid (after midnight, not that I'm counting) and I'm still waiting for a Paypal eBay transfer so my next target is £450! I just may need to stay up tonight so that I can do it when the banks update themselves! Impatient? Can you see how I could never leave my money in Paypal for a whole month:rotfl::rotfl:

Oh, one last thing for me to report: roasted pumpkin makes a very good accompaniment to chilli

Yay well done on the cheque and paying the virgin card down , when its payday i stay awake until after midnight to see what i will be paid because of unsocial hours etc i dont get a standard monthly wage lol so it excites me :P....... had a steady evening nothing exciting its far too cold out to do any socialising im a virtual bunny haha x

Wow, somebody else does that :rotfl: I thought it was just me! I don't get paid a standard wage either but my payslip gets issued a few days before I get paid so that's my exciting night! However, there'll be a bit of fun tonight when I manually pay my only 3 bills not covered by DD (Virgin being one of them so that justifies a late night does it not ). A manual minimum payment of £25 and a Paypal Ebay payment of £10 will have it at £450 :dance::dance::dance:

Thats great, once ive paid my loan this month il only have credit cards that are negative wealth, and of course my secured loan but that will be dealt with all in due course x

Well Good Morning to you all...

....we are stretching ever so close to pay day I am not sure whether to be excited or a little scared. I have budgeted on what I think I might get due to overtime last month. I am fearful however that I will have to do some last minute revisions....so I class this overtime towards my "make 5 a day in October" or not...? I think I do from reading the thread...

I get my payslip today I think but it is a paper copy in my hand.. it makes me sick peeling it open, sometimes pleasantly surprised.. other time not so much! I will keep you posted...:(

So I have put myself forward for making £300 in November somehow.. I intend to sit down on Saturday night and list another 10 item on eBay. Not sure where these are going to come from but I shall be having a right old rummage throughout the week...

I am watching a pot of mineral make-up that I use on a daily basis on eBay. Its currently at £3 which suits me just fine.. I keep losing on ebay though so this time fingers crossed please...:)

I am going to order a box of vegetables that are apparently free from a link posted on the NOvember thread... I'll let you know how that goes...

Hope everyone is in good spirits today... I am tempted to get some cat ears to wear at my desk tomorrow.. not sure that will go down so well.. look forward to some scary films though....

Siouxsie - I haven't lodged my cheque yet. I might bring it in with me tomorrow and do it on the way home from work... It's quite exciting. That will go straight to my bike loan... your kinda all over your bills like I am.. its great, I love number crunching ...Happy you sound just as nuts. Its great!!! ..and you will be glad to know TWO people are now watching my naughty book...:p

Listerbelle - How are you moving along ... SB is really annoying me but I am determined to have another go on the weekend...

I have decided to join this thread as I am doing your NOvember challenge.
I like it, I have read some but not all. I would like to be debt free by 2014 too. Join us on Pay off all your debt by xmas 2012 challenge if you like, there will be a new one for 2013. I'm not sure if you are already a member? I have seen your name around but that might just be on the NSD thread :-)
