Kat I am LOVING your signature!!!!!!!!

Amazing news about breakfast. I wish I could do that but no such thing as a canteen at my work. I am eating a tonne due to steroids for my stupid face so probably not a wise idea anyway. To give you an idea, today I have eaten the following:

Half a pack of 250g Sainsburys basics cherries
    A satsuma
    2 nutri-grain blueberry bars
    A snickers
A pack of sun bites sweet chilli wholegrain crisps
A tin of leek & potato soup
3 wholegrain warburtons 'thins' (34p yellow sticker from £1.30 :))

Rather a lot of food as you can see, and I am still hungry :(

I've another snickers & another pack of sunbites left to last me til 5pm... Hahah & then a beef bourguignon tonight, homemade. :)

Peaty you made me really giggle with your comments. We definitely do love you anyway <3 ahaha!

    THERES A BOY!!!! :T:T:T..... oooh Lilt I'm all a flustered...:o
    ds/vk2n

Oh now I am excited! :rotfl:...

Sorry I have been awol.. following this week of montrous shifts I came home on Friday night about 2030... ran a bath.. listented to some mooosic on my "amazon trade in credit headphones" which are AMAZING and then fell asleep with The Mog... I have found my second wind... which is good.. because...

....Am at work (again ) ... only my 13th day in a row so can't get too exctied.. another 6 to go! I am going to open my little automated "money spinning calulator do-daa thingy spreadsheet" that will allow me to predict how much MONEY I have earned so far.. Someone sent it to me once and it takes into account tax as well.. (Thats one for you girlies I knew you'd love)...

Indebted2U - who are you indebted to..? We've kinda gone a bit funny knowing a boy has popped by.... thank you for trawling through my witterings though.. I am super posititve in a non-annoying way.. I do like a groan... I like food more ( I am not fat ) and am a born again penny-pincher... where are you in your debt journey...?

Siouxsie I have a bad feeling about Halifax. My DD's are showing but they have not gone out - think they might on Monday though so I might msis the £5...:(.. I qill be questioning this though as I gave them PLENTY of time to sort it out and the DD's are still showing on my other account which worries me even more as I don't know which one they will go out of. Money in both just in case. I have done all my transferring jiggery-pokery though... £1000 into Nationwide...then into Halifax then bank into Dankse leaving £51 to cover the DD's...:T

Lilt I think I lost that shopping list you approved of so I have to trawl back through our posts - thank goodness I put it on here! ..I still have to figure out a way of paying for all the goodies in my Superdrug basket..(Indebted close your man-ears).. but think a session on eBay is called for... I shall wait until I have the cash I think....( Oooooh get me being all patient for botdy-slathering goodies)...

So apart from buying food I will be doing NOTHING for the rest of the month.. suits me fine. I have ordered overtime for every weekend (just in case I don't get some ) and no doubt will end up getting it all.. suits me though .. I would rather get it all now although I have a tendancy to over-work myself ( thers an understaement ) and have trouble "having fun" .. enjoying time off or new experiances.. this can't go on.. debts first though..

Just transferred £400 to my loan and it stands as per my signature. It's a good feeling but my account is showing a £26.48 discrepancy and I would like to know where that came from in the space of 24 hours.. I need to wait until Monday for it all to update as my bank diverts to Denmark at the weekends and they are useless... and the amount doesn't fit anything that has gone out of my account.. #megagroan

Right... must dash.. off to plot foodage for the week... dare i go over my £12.50 limit...

Oh Mumsy sent 3 x packets of falafel mix. Just need beans now (suggested by Lilt ) and I can make a reem of burgers to freeze for when I am starving... which is all the time...:rotfl:

Hi Kat, ok debt/life story to follow. Currently I'm indebted to Barclaycard after moving 3 credit card balances to their 0% interest deal following my LBM in March:idea: I'm also Indebted 2U and all the other diarists and MSE legends that have finally made me see sense and attack, attack, attack my debts!

I've only really just started the debt paying journey but have learnt so much from the MSE boards already. Originally I just decided to pay off my debts but have had a rethink/revelation over the past few weeks after reading so many success stories on MSE and have now committed to not only getting rid of the debt but saving as much as possible so I can move home!

I bought a great little 1 bed house with a perfect tiny garden in 2008 just as the property market was crashing and just 6 months before I unexpectedly had to move to a new work location 40 miles further away. :( The upshot being my commute became nigh on impossible, as I already had a 30 mile each way M25 journey to contend with. Luckily I can rent a room during the week which is partly subsidised by my employer but it means I only get home at weekends and after 4 years of having to rush around all weekend catching up on a weeks worth of washing, ironing etc it's really starting to get me down. As house prices are way more expensive nearer my work I never really thought I'd be able to afford a move but I've crunched number after number, created spreadsheets and have convinced myself that I can pay off my debts a year from now, whilst managing to save a bit at the same time. Then I can snowball my debt payments into my savings for another year and have enough equity and cash to move much nearer to work. I could just go all out at paying the debts but as they're now at 0%, (thanks to MSE) it won't cost me anymore and I like the idea of the psychological boost of not only seeing my debt decreasing but my savings increasing :T
Having targets and milestones to aim for is what really seems to work for me.

Hey indebted, what kind of house are you looking at getting when the time comes?

yay unicorns for paying off some more!

Kat, I'm 5 foot 5 (when I'm wearing 3 inch heels). Don't make yourself ill with all this overtime, but congrats on the 400 :)

Lilt: Yay for the christmas fund : ) I haven't had a thought about it yet lol.

I went to a wedding reception last night, managed to tell most of my colleagues about my FMA. I'm hoping this will mean that they will be ok with me refusing to go paintballing as a team building exercise as arranged by the boss. But now I'm feeling pretty awful, so much standing. On the bright side, it didn't cost me much, £15 dress (already had for such occasions), £15 on the drinks (less but I'm rounding), £5 shoes (been wearing them for the last 5 years anyway) and nothing on transport (thanks mum). :rotfl:
