I have not made any huge financial commitments for 2013 yet well apart from getting pregnant but i have not committed to any holidays or other things. I am quite looking forward to having a sensible adult year lol xx

Happy getting pregnant is one of my goals but there's not a lot I can do about that apart from the obvious (;)) and keeping fingers crossed.....i'm trying to be relaxed about it all.

Obviously if we do fall soon (fingers crossed) then the game plan my shift a little but main focus will be getting those debts down!!

What a wet and miserable day! Well, down South where we are anyway. I took the dog out this morning and even she looked fed up by the time we got back :rotfl:

Working overtime this morning & tomorrow - all for January payday so already embarking on the hard work for a debt free 2013 goal

Nothing else to report here. I need to start thinking about Christmas. Although I have already told everyone that for this year it'll have to be token gifts only. Everyone understood so that was nice. To be honest, I think everyone is feeling the pinch this year. It's not nice

I am glad everyone is understanding. That makes things a lot easier.

We have 51 people to buy for! :eek: That's including teachers etc.

Wet and miserable here too! The kids are begging me to get the bus to ballet rather than walk! I think I may give in!

OMG of 51 people !!! that is scary scary scary. Xmas can be a tough time you feel obliged or you worry that monetary value doesnt look the same on a gift etc. You can get some cheap gifts in the supermarket they are reducing prices or boots 3 for 2. How many people are you buying for ? Well no major plans this weekend just some family visits and nice catch ups i love weekends for that its the finer family things in life that really matter xx

OF how on earth do you manage to buy for 51 people?!?!?!

I don't have that many people to buy for adult wise but a LOT of children so we just said we'd focus on the children this year (after all that's who its all about). I have six neices and nephews to sort as well as friends children. My sisters and I have decided we won't buy for each other this year and my parents we're doing token gifts which everyone is happy doing so it's all good.

Nothing much to report here. I need to get on and keep sorting. Had a productive day off yesterday clearing and getting on top of things. However I do find that all my time of late is spent either working or cleaning/clearing. There is no fun to be had for the choc :(:(

I think I need to re-evaluate a bit. Lifes too short to be just all work and no play. Need to think of/factor in some fun things and find me a hobby! Goodness knows what though? Perhaps fitness/running - used to love that and now couldn't even run around the block! Hmm....

Anyway, enough from me. Back to work!

Morning choc,, i know what you mean re all work no play! i was in a foul mood sunday felt down in the dumps and couldnt pin any reason apart from usual but the feelings were awful, it didnt help with the weather. I decided me and the doggy would go for a walk and have some chocolate suddenly everything was good in the world. We can burn ourselves out just focusing on work work work... and numbers too i think i had spreadsheet burn out lol. Today is a day off we are off window shopping and a nice cuppa x

Ooh enjoy window shopping lovely! Yesterday I went to poundland (yes I know how to live!) and brought some cadburys biscuits and hot chocolate. £2 spent for some lovely treats

I sometimes find that all I do is work, focus on money and not spending it. In a weird way I enjoy it but I do find that because I work from home a lot that socially I am not doing much at all - which is not healthy!! xx
