  • :shocked: let me join you all in feeling very foolish in misunderstanding this 'offer'.

    I did not received a confirmation email of the order when it was placed; I emailed them to see if it was received, they replied yesterday to confirm it was, I have since replied and told them to cancel the order and refund the postage.

    I called my c.card supplier (Lloyds) who were helpful, they have made a note of the information pertaining to the company ketone and cleanse premium and blocked any further transactions, they have set up a dispute on the charges already made. Any further transactions will be disputed.
  • I cancelled my products by email and phone...and have had responses to all my emails sent to them...also very generic replies but replies at least...i sent my items back by recorded delivery and emailed them telling them so...when the post office confirmed it had been delivered i emailed them to say that i knew they had been delivered and i now wanted a confirmation email of this and all subscriptions to be cancelled and confirmed by email...which they did...i did also last week cancel my bank card and notified the disputes dept that payments were not to go out to this company...they have now put a monitor on my account...i have also printed off all emails and copy of post office track and trace confirmation of delivery...and i am also getting a copy of proof of delivery from the post office just in case....not taking any chances :-)....hope thats the end of it now...and hope everyone else gets it all sorted
  • I sent my products back and After several emails back and forward they requested proof of postage I emailed a copy of my receipt and received the following email back within minutes


    Thank you for the information. I have stopped your order effective today so you will no longer receive shipments or be charged anything further. This matter is now closed.

    Just read a few comments.. I ordered these today through a facebook link.. after ordering with a fab offer of 2.49 I then seen this site.. I rang my bank.. who said tgey can't take action until they know the details.. I have just transferred my money.. bank said that they can continue to take money even when closed.. I'm devestaed never been so stupid b4.. seen on another post.. its 2.49 then 15 days later 75 I think then then another 15 days nd another 75.. feel so gutted nd upset... I've rang the number on the terms nd conditions.. basically some weird auto system..nd u can select a special offer to cancel..

    I just read bout banks blockin payment.. mine have said no such thing .. just that they can't do anything till they take the first payment of 2.49 help
  • I guess that they wont know what to block until they request a payment. My bank knew both the references then put a dispute up against both £2.49's.

  • I have not received one email since placing the order which i thought odd, as normally email is always sent straight away to confirm details. This morning 2 days after ordering, pills arrived, more alarm bells no invoice inside, this is definitely not normal practice, so to recap I have no email or written confirmation of my order. The bank told me cancelling my card would not stop them requesting more money from my account, because i have signed upto a rolling subscription, I cancelled my card anyway but they have still managed to take the delivery cost from my bank! I have emailed today to cancel any further goods but had no reply, I have also cancelled through their website and obtained the RMA number. I have also opened a card dispute with visa, so they can take further action if they try to take more payments. If everything else fails I will close my account, drastic I know but only way to stop it.

    I havent had order confirmation email either.. I have sent two emails to them nd had the standard reply that everyone has.. that they eill contact me in 72 hours as there is technical issues.. I've also done the cancellation email.. but couldn't find how to cancel.. where can I find me REM number.. this had really upset me.. so stressed nd worried.. they have requested there 2.49.. bank have only said they will put a dispute up nd wont cancel my card.. as they can still get there money
