I'm not holding my breath but after email back and forth I received this:Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the trial products. However as per your request we have now canceled your membership to our auto ship program so you wont be sent any more products in the future. As per the cancellation refunds of £2.49 and £2.49 were made to your account on 24/1/2013. It may take the bank up to 5 working days to put the money back into your account.
If you require further assistance, please respond to this email, ensuring the ticket number is left in the subject line.
Many Thanks,
Ketone Premium Customer Service Team
I have received dispute paperwork from my bank so will return that with all the information I have on email.0 -
Me and my boyfriend have been duped by these jokers. I have contacted action for Fraud and got a crime reference number and also citizens advice consumer advice.
I have cancelled my bank card and am sending the tablets back within the trial period under a tracked delivery so there is no doubt they got there.
I'll let you know what happens if I get an update but hopefully thats the end of it.
PS: The tablets did'nt work either0 -
I emailed support@ketonepremium.com again today,2 emails previously sent failed, I got an automated reply stating an agent would get back to me as soon as possible, I was also given an ID Ticket number ( not to be confused with the RMA number, its different) to be used in the subject line of email to ensure my email replys are tracked appropriately. It also said due to technical issues they are running behind replying to emails, but hope to reply within 72 hours. I canceled on their website on the 21/01/2013 and returned the unopened pills on same date. The parcel was delivered to them on the 24/01/2013 I tracked it. The date they gave me to send back by to avoid any more payments is the 13/02/2013 so well within that date. I've threatened them with police if they try to take more money. So we will see what happens next. Has anyone else been told an agent would get in touch and been given an ID number? Oh btw they included a link on the email to track the status of the ID ticket number???????0

I have also fallen foul of the Cleanse Premium/Ketone Premium free trial. I ordered them on 7/1/13 and I realised b4 the pills arrived that I couldn't afford the £75 a month autoship programme, so cancelled over the phone, received my RMA number and returns address, the day after the pills arrived (12/1/13) I parcelled up 1/2 the trial as per the terms and conditions, and posted them - getting proof of postage too! I didn't think any more about it until £37.50 was taken from my bank account on 25/1/13, 3 days before the 21 days of ordering (28/1/13) was up! this unauthorised payment caused my bank acc to go over my overdraft limit and my bank have charged me for it. So today I have e-mailed the company and contacted my bank. The bank will also contact the company on my behalf requesting a refund and blocking further payments. They will chargeback the £37.50 to my account and I have to sign a form they will send me so they can act on my behalf. The lady at the bank says they have been receiving many calls about this scam in recent weeks! Is it time it was on BBC's Watchdog. I have posted a warning on my Facebook page and asked others to share it. I am most disgusted that even when you follow their terms and conditions to the letter, they still have the nerve to charge you! aargghh!!!0

may i ask how you managed to solve this problem, I'm about to go to my bank now and speak to them about options that they can give me!0 -
Hi,
Well don't I feel stupid. I didn't realise its a scam although I have noticed that when customer services reply to my emails they are selective.
Does anyone have an address for ketone premium? They request for the products to be returned by registered post, however as I'm sure you all know they give you a PO box 113. They've given me my 3x RMA and a date to return them by but I'm now wondering if I'll even get a refund..... Oh dear.....
Any advice appreciated.0 -
I too have fallen for this...as soon as i clicked and didn't get a confirmation e-mail I just knew!!
I cancelled my order 10 minutes later by e-mail but it would only let me cancel one of the products?? Rang the phone line...yep you guessed it automated message that is spoken at a million miles an hour you cant understand it unless you ring back several times..spending even more!!
I contacted my bank immediatley....who told me they had taken the post & package fee (shocker not) and they would put a tag on my account should they try to retrieve money not owed to them.
So cross at myself for being conned..i normally dont look twice at these sort of deals but read article on it on womens health web page and followed their poxy link!!! Something is terribly wrong...!!:mad:0 -
I know this is probably not a lot of help to others 'out there' who like me have been ripped off over the Ketone Premium and Cleanse pills which after paying the so say postage, - were a 'free' sample. At the point of filling in the online form, there is no mention of this 'continuous drain' on your bank account, and it appears, that because this company have your card details and you have never agreed to a Direct Debit being set up, this does not seem to matter because they can still take the money from your account !!. I sent for these pills after Christmas and the same day I had given my card details, found I had let myself into a 'scam' and so immediately emailed the company - all to no avail - altogether so far, six emails have been sent but no reply received, have also tried phoning the only number shown but this resulted in an automated message which only gave options for ordering 'more' pills. I contacted the Bank who could not do anything until Ketone tried to take money from the account - I thought at this stage that the Bank would step in and put a stop.... but no - £112.50 was deducted so once again the Bank was contacted and after a lengthy discussion, they agreed to reinburse the full amount and have promised to 'monitor' my current account for a months time when Ketone will most likely try to take another £112.50 ......... just how long can this scam be allowed to go on without this company being dealt with by the 'fraud' squad or the 'police' !!!
Hope no-one else falls for this rip off slimming aid like so many of us appear to have done ......BEWARE0
