Checked my emails today to find the email sent on friday to ketonepremium.com to cancel, has been delayed in sending,why could this be? I hope they are not blocking emails:mad: I sent the pills back today recorded del at a cost of £10.97, and took photo's of the lables for further proof, I also included a strongly worded letter and my wish to cancel with immediate effect. I also canceled through their website (not holding much hope) and obtained the long return number and po box address, I'm beond mad now!!
Is there anywhere we can report this company? They need to be exposed for the fraudsters they clearly are.0 -
Update..... The email I tried to send to them friday (status delayed) has now failed, reason it cannot connect to their server. Has anyone else experienced this, it is a worrying development!0

I fell foul to this scam also, I have cancelled the order sent every single pill back and also told my bank about it. My bank have said that unless they try to take out the £75.00 they can't complete a dispute form, nor can they stop the payment. They have however given me a new debit card to avoid Ketone Premium handing my details to a third party who may try and take money out of my account. They have also told me to keep a close eye on my transactions.
I feel such an idiot.0 -

Update..had no reply from 2emails.. had products today with no letter.. WHERE can I find my REM number... I don't know whether to send bk or not we r all spending money sendin them bk ?? So upset nd annoyed can't believe i was so stupid.. my bank have put a dispute in against the 2.49... But originally they said yhey can't stop them taking money.. but said that now a dispute has been piy forward.. that tgey can stop.. I've stopped all money goin into my account.. as usually my bank won't allow payment to leave with no money nd I'm not allowed an overdrafts.. help xx0

My Mum who is a Pensioner, has also found out today that she has fell victim to the SHAM Slimtoneplus SCAM.....
Thanks to this forum we were made aware of the SCAM that had taken place!
My mother noticed a total of £125.00 has been taken out of her bank account! She too was I ticked by the legite looking/glossy advertisement for the Slimtoneplus products and she fell for the FREE trial promise.
We have notified her bank, she has cancelled her debit card, but she may not get ANY
Money back! The bank (RBS) have advised her to keep an eye on her account incase of any further payments are taken out!!
I would like to see Watchdog etc, highlight this particular scam to others.
Be aware DO NOT fall for this Scam....... DO NOT LET these Scammers win or take your hard earned money.....0 -
I can't believe I fell for this, I did not even want the trial for myself.
I usually check on the internet before I order anything.
I never received any email from them or any paper work in with the trial products so maybe alarm bells should have been ringing.
Now nearly £100 has just been taken out of my bank account for more of their products which are obviously on there way to me.
I Just rang my bank and they told me to ring them and cancel my subscription with the Company and keep a note of the date, time and name of who I talk to, that's if any one answers the phone and return any products that turn up for a full refund and if any more money goes out then I have to ring the bank and they will fill in a dispute form for me and sort it out. (The bank cannot cancel the D/D) So I just rang the Company to cancel the subscription, the one I did not even know I had made, and of course it was automated, so I have a cancellation number for both products and now I have to wait for the products to arrive, that they have just charge me for on my Bank Card.
Has anyone returned their products and got a refund please ?
I don't want to spend more money returning them if I have no chance of getting a refund, but to loose nearly £100 is a lot of money.
Any help would be appreciated.

. Emailed them and said would refund half of money if posted to pp box 113, Shannon. But are some of you saying every month £75 will come out??
