I was an idiot and didn't read the terms they was going to charge me £37.50 after the so called free trail. Made me open my eyes when I saw this page thank god I got there in time to cancel it and return the product. RIP OFF.com

No sorry they are very clever they don't send by recorded delivery but phone you to check you've received it, once you confirm they've got you. The only number you get is with the delivered goods which you are asked to ring if you wish to return them. You must return all original packaging which includes the letter with the phone number on. So if anyone is at that stage keep a copy of the number. Also if you are returning the goods take photo of the package with the return numbers on, and try and get a receipt off the post office.

I have still not received mine and placed order on sun I have until 3rd feb to return but how can I return what I don't have and no way of calling them as the email address you get no reply.

I posted onthis site on Sunday after making a huge mistake and ordering Ketone and CleansePremium on Friday.
I have hadno luck actually speaking to someone but have managed to get an answer viaemail including my RMA numbers.

Verygeneric response but basically tells me the following:

Orders thathave been placed are sent directly to the distribution company so have to besent to you.

Items mustbe returned with at least half of the contents within 14 days to ensure nomoney will be taken.

Paymentwill be taken on day 14 but you have up to 21 days to return, if they receivethem between day 14 and 21 they will refund you.

You mustinclude a letter that states at least your address and telephone number withinthe package.

Your RMA numbersmust be written on the front of the package under the address.

They advisesending the return back via recorded delivery.

I haveactually received the tablets this morning (very quick delivery as I honestlythought they would never arrive!) So I have now taken pictures of the unopenedbottles, my accompanying letter and then the package once sealed.
I have madesure my RMA numbers are on the front and will post back tomorrow by recordeddelivery.
I haveasked them to confirm via email and post once these are received but fullyexpect to have to chase them!

I will keepyou updated as to what happens next as is sounds like many of you are as upsetand worried about this as I am.

How long is the RMA number? When I called up, it was an automated voice and it was speaking quite fast so I want to make sure I wrote the number down correctly. Thanks

Emailed slimtone to cancel the same day, still waiting for verification!
Rang the number on the T&C but it was in a different language, sounded like Swedish?
Thanks to this site I rang my bank (Ulster Bank) and I cancelled my debit card. They told me that this was sufficient and I didn't need to do anything else.
Is this correct?
New to this site and I will be using it always!
