Tell them that you have attempted to obtain a return address but the company concerned will not supply one, and therefore you want to make them aware that if any payment is taken, you will be disputing it.
Hi, I ordered my free trial for the ketone and green coffee. they have taken my postage for both and rang me today saying we need you to confirm your card details which I didn't do. so he muffled something like ' OK you wont be getting your free trial' and he cut off. I rang up my bank after and told them about it and told them and said to stop anymore payments going to them. Is there anything else I need to do?0 -
Hi everyone
I've been caught by this scam also. Been onto the so called company and spoke with Ronald (ha ha) who said he would cancel my order straight away .. I was to wait a couple of hours for the email to arrive with a returns address once received and i returned the goods the money would be returned... no email, i've spoke with my bank and they have cancelled all future payments....I know its a pain but i've also cancelled by debit card to make sure no further payments are taken.
I advised everyone to be very wary ....
Hi I rang up my bank too plus I never got a confirmation email from them but I got a call from the ketone people and he asked me to confirm my bank details which I didn't do obviously and he was like your not getting your free trial but took my postage money.
Will the things arrive? I don't want them im just worried they may take more money? although I did contact my bank0 -

If they said they weren't going to send the goods, and they cannot take your money because your bank details are incorrect, I cannot think that you have anything to worry about.
You haven't told us that you have cancelled the order... that's good.
If the goods do not turn up in 15 days, as seems likely, then get onto your card issuer and request a chargeback of the postage charges due to non-delivery.0 -
I too have fallen prey to the FREE trial scam. I ordered a free trial of super keytone plus and aloe ferox cleanse on 6/7/2014. I did not receive them until 11/7/14. After checking my account I realised they had taken 79.95 twice on the 21/7 and the 22/7. I was furious and phoned the company demanding a full refund as the bottles are unopened. The lady kept referring to their T&Cs and I explained how deliberately misleading their website and use of wording was as it is not in fact FREE. She repeatedly refused to pass me to someone in charge and after a very irrate conversation finally agreed to a 50% refund. I am still furious that money was debited from my account as far I am concerned without my permission, but half is perhaps better than nothing.0

I phoned my VISA debit card & explained I had only paid for sample
of £4.75.Could not cancel as phone No. given was COOP bank. They
told me not worry as they would get it back for me.I was charged
£139:98 in Feb. & it was put back 7 days later by VISA.In the meantime I managed to get a phone No. & cancel it. The person I spoke to said I would have to pay one more month. In March they took
£139:98 out of my account.True to their word VISA put it back in my account 7 days later.I still had the tablets, which I put in the bin.I
was informed by my postman that if any more tablets arrived refuse
to accept them.If for example a neighbour takes it in for you just take
to post depot. On watchdog last week they said your bank should stop
payment to this company.0 -
I have now canceled my debit card and will be recieving a new one soon I hope this will stop the money being taken from my account, if it doesnt then I really dont know what I'll do, I dont earn enough for £160 to be taken from my account every month
I have also moved house recently so even if they did try send out more to me there would be no way of recieveing them ,if there is anything else I can do to stop this then please someone let me know, I'm so angry with myself for falling for a scam like that0 -

Both Visa and Mastercard have processes in place that effectively pass the transaction to the underlying account.
You need to cancel the Continuous Payment Authority that is in place.0 -
Sorry to say that cancelling the card will not have the desired effect.

How do I do that?
would it help at all if I changed banks and closed that account? I will do anything to stop this, I really dont have the money to be paying £160 for something that I havent even used.0
