Thanks so much for your help.....to be honest my credit card company rang me immediately after the transaction went through to ask if I had authorized the payment.......I felt sick when he told me that the two transactions totalled about £156. I am in process of completing a dispute form to return to the bank and then will send these pills back recorded delivery tomorrow! The return address I have on my envelope is:
World Fulfillment Services Ltd,
40 Tanners Drive,
Lakeland,
Milton Keynes,
Mk 14 5BN
Not sure where this address fits into this dodgy scam?! I will send it back to the same address as you did though. Hopefully Tesco Credit card will sort this mess out for me :-(0 -

Can't believe I fell for this scam. Ordered on 1 April!!! Luckily I read previous posts AFTER I ordered free trial. Received free trial tabs today and rang Barclays to stop any future payments. Even from the first person I spoke to, they all seem very well aware of this scam, and said they will monitor my account so no further payments should be taken by these scum .... So thanks to all for advice on this.0

I've spent the last couple of days, writing letters and telephoning to get this sorted.
I first wrote to PPF Shipping at the address on the despatch note and the addess on their web site and sent them recordered delivery. I then got a e-mail from them saying I had to conact the suppliers direct to cancel the order. They gave me the following telephone numnber
0203 356 6290 (sounded like America!) This put me through to Customer Services I spoke t a fellow named Lewis Barby, who seemed to have no trouble in cancelling my order. However I asked if I should return the free trial pack and he said no! I could have them for a discount price of £39.00. I insisted I didn't want them for any amount of money. So he said I could have them with their compliments, and there was no need to return them. I then rang my bank (Barclays) to up-date them and was told to return the goods by registered post as this gives the bank proof of return which in turn gives them more ammunition in refusing any further payments.
It seems that the 14 days free trial offer should be for 14 tables but they send 60 tablets, so when the 14 days trial is over they can then charge you for the rest of the tablets.
I am now off to the post office to return the tablets by registered post. By the time this is over it will have cost me approximately £25.00 for absolutely nothing! A lesson well learned.
Thanks everyone for all the advice.0 -
Hi. I think I'm in a big trouble. I have requested the free trial for Ketone Advanced plus and Pure Green Coffee. Unfortunately I never received any email as confirmation so I don't have the order details or the company details. All I have is bank statement with Advanced Ketone Plus a Kindlington and Pure Green Coffee Cleams Kindlington. Can anyone help to tell me what company was this and perhaps contact details? Thank you. My bank is no very helpful so far. Thank you very much0

I too fell for the advert on Facebook and signed up for the supposed free trial for the Ketone Advanced and Green Coffee tablets. After I thought it was too good to be true and that's when I came across all the scam information and felt very foolish!!
As soon as the pills arrived, I sent them back with a covering note, stating that I did not wish to take place in the free trial, did not want any more products and did not authorise any money to be taken from my bank account. I sent them by special delivery to:
RETURNS, PO Box 13511, Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH49 7YH.
Later that month I noticed that 2 transactions had gone through my account, one for the Ketone Advanced for £94.97 and another a week later for £79.97 for Green Coffee.I immediately called my bank (HSBC) and explained the situation and read them out the letter I had previously sent, they said that they would stop/block any further transactions taking place and try and get the money back for me, but advised me to try and contact them myself. After reading everything on here I didn't hold out much hope but after searching for a number I got through no problem. I had already gone onto Royal Mail & checked who and when my return was signed by so was ready with this information. I called 0844 858 8072, I spoke to a lady, read out my letter that I had sent with the returned pills, explained the situation re money being taken out of my account unauthorised, confirmed that they had received the tablets back within the specified return period and confirmed who had signed for them. She asked for the ref from the special delivery which I gave her, she then said that she would cancel my account and refund the amounts within 3-5 days. She did say that she would send me a confirmation email which I never received but the money was refunded back to my account.
My advice to anyone who has already bought the tables, is follow the same steps that I did, but when you send the original tablets back with a cover note, call your bank, explain the situation and ask them to block any transactions from them, alternatively cancel your card as these are the only details they have.
Hope this helps people.0 -
I too got scammed by this company who took £320 from me with their 'misleading' advertisement. As such, I have complained to the Advertising Standards Authority and whilst on their site discovered that they have already investigated 2 other complaints from last year - namely, that there Ad was misleading because they 'hide their T&C's behind a tick box and window. Also that they make exaggerated claims about the products weight loss. Both of the above were upheld by the ASA and they were advised to change their advertisement which clearly they haven't done, so I advise everyone reading this to also make a complaint to ASA and lets get this company closed down. They were trading under Nutra and other product names.0

I have now also been scammed by this ruthless company and have spent the last two hours reading really depressing blogs of others who have also been done!! by this disgusting abuse of a persons wish to get slim.
The only way this company will be stopped is to comment negatively on social media sites every time you see an advert to stop others falling for this scam. This will not help all of us that have been fleeced of our hard earned cash, but if no one else applies for the goods hopefully the company will eventually go out of business.
I for one will be sending the same email, every day ten times a day- with my rant to
support@ketoneadvanced.com - which is the email that comes up when you search the return post code. Not sure I will be successful in getting my money back - but worth a try and the more people who complain the more they will get fed up - well hopefully0 -
its all in the T/Cs you all never read, the so called free trial starts as soon as you finish your order,or as soon as you finalise putting your credit card details in,your bank cannot stop them taking your money because you agreed to them stealing your money, [remember the T/Cs you never read] there are dozens of similar scams all over the internet facebook a favourite hunting ground for them, most will have the same T/Cs,free trials the worst offenders most state you must cancel 24 hours before the two weeks are up,of course you never read the T/Cs so you would not know this, and it might tale ten days or more to arrive,0
