I also fell for this trial via a facebook advert. I posted the rebate form to their address in the states and tracked it. this was in December 2013. My refund was due by 7 feb and didnt arrive.. have repeatedly contacted their 'customer services team' and been told to allow more time as they are busy. Today was the date given to call again byt his team and now when I ring the line goes dead. (0800 404 6960). Feel annoyed that facebook allows these ads and stupid that i fell for it. Will now contace barclaycard to see if I can get a refund.

Keep trying that phone number through the evening... they get up late in America. :D

Of course, get onto your bank.
It would be really useful if you had proof, like an email, confirming that they are going to refund you.
  • Guys i got scammed by the company for £153 and i called them to get a refund . The EH49 9At dont even exist. so i called 08004046960 and this freshy picked up the phone who was really really bored. he said to me you people come to us and complain u shud ave checked if thw address existed before buying.
i said dont you feel sorry for the people doing these scams. He goes dont people feel sorry killing each other is that not a scam . i was shocked i wish i recorded him. So i put my recorder on and made him repeat.
He said no way i am getting my money back , so i gave up n told he goed get me a flight ticket to england ill come and check the address.

Now my turn my recording on and made him !!!! to death lol. i said i am from watchdog , dumb man said say swear u recorded me . Hahahah

Their story is goin on utube shortley. You all should record them money is gone now so dont stress . make this company cry guys plz
  • I also fell for this. I purchased the 'free trial' off an ad on facebook which I thought would cost me £4.95. Over £150 has been taken from my account. After contacting the bank, I've been told that they cannot do anything about it as I 'authorised' the entire payment by giving them my card details, but they told me that I should be refunded. I called 0800 148 8243 who said that it was the wrong customer service line for raspberry keytone fresh. I then called 0800 404 6960 who claimed that they could not find my account, and then said that she did not have access to uk accounts. She claimed that her manager would ring me in the next 24-48 hours, which of course, he did not. Please help, what should I do next??????
  • I like others have been ripped off. I am waiting to talk to my credit card company to make sure they can't take any more money out of my account but think I will have to put it all down to experience. I found a number to ring after locating this set of T's and C's at the following website address. (not allowed to put it in !)

Apparently the first £190 was to pay for my 'free' trials! And they have already dispatched the 2nd lot and taken another £190 or there about out of my account. At least this time I will be able to send them back and get £150 of it back. (I have to pay the post and packing and £20 per product for 'restocking') I tried to say I wanted to send the first lot back but they wouldn't have it.

If you do get caught the number to call is (0)20 3356 6290 it is apparently a toll free line but I am guessing there might be a big charge for my 24 minute call!

I am gutted as I am usually soooo careful! I guess you just have to live and learn, seems like they hid the T's and C's so well and nothing you can say can combat the fact they are hidden there

Why are you expecting a big charge when calling a London geographic number?
  • I have an RMA number, do I have to just write on the package the number and the address?

He said something about attention fulfillment centre or something, do I need to write that on?
  • :j Just an update on what happened to me. I contacted my credit card company and was advised that with Mastercard as I wasn't made fully aware of the charges they will be crediting my account with everything that has been taken and they take up the dispute with the company.

She has told me to hold on to any goods, don't throw them away- as the company have 45 days to dispute the claim and if they want to can collect their goods. So DON'T throw them away - Keep them and the packaging safe.

She wasn't sure what the case was with the banks or other cards, apparently they all have different terms. But I say it is definitely worth calling your bank or credit card company. I know buying with a credit card sometimes costs a little extra but it's worth it for the protection!

I am so pleased it is sorted, I couldn't sleep last night for feeling so angry and stupid. I hope other people can get the same result. These companies should be stopped, particularly as it seems they are well known for it!

Because others seemed to think there was a redirect to the USA - And just because I was so wound up I guess, wasn't really thinking about the fact that it was a London number - just expecting this horrible company to try and rip me off in another way.
  • I rang the customer service and managed to get an RMA number. Today I have sent the package back, and sent it with tracked mail. However, as I cancelled my debit card and asked RBS to cancel any payments going to this company, I am now worried that they won't be able to put any money back into my account as I have a new debit card? The bank told me that this might be the case. Has anyone's account been credited after they cancelled their card?

Just thnk about it before you enter your card details, if it is too good to be true then it usually is.

    Dont believe everything on facebook.
