My payment for this product was supposed to be for 4-95 but is pending on my account for 154.00. Asked bank to stop it as it's fraudulent and is still pending and they have said they can't. I'm so upset with the bank as I said I have screen shots to prove it should only be 4-95. I've had no e mails from company and the Scottish address they provide has no phone number. They have offices in America and Canada as well. The bank has stopped my card but I'm really upset they can't cancel a fraudulent pending transaction. I know it's my own fault as I'm always so careful. The bank said the company is called iz health

No Hun, I'm not saying it's the banks fault. I'm upset that I can't cancel a transaction that's pending that's fraudulent. I have offered to send screen shots as proof as they are as good as a receipt. Although I've been stupid to sign up to this scam at least I do screen shot all internet transactions

No they are not - I could knock up a screen shot saying anything I wanted in 5 minutes - it proves nothing.

Oh I didn't realise. I wouldn't know how to do that as I'm an honest and trusting person, which is probably why I've gotten myself into this situation. The bank gave me a phone number and I phoned the company responsible. After a lot of wrangling she said she would try to cancel order but when I said I'd ring back today to check she said it might not go through. I'm not holding much hope out that this has been done and I'm sat crying as I'm so upset at how stupid I've been

Like many others I got scammed....but I contested with my bank (HSBC) sent them all my evidence, I fortunately snapshot the ad on my computer and compared it to the new one they've now got which does now have please tick terms and conditions, which we all know was not there when we did it! I got every single penny back!!! I recommend you all do this, don't let these scammers win!!!

Thanks Hun, 3 different companies have taken money from me but i only authorised one so whether that goes in my favour, here's hoping

I was charged £180 today for the cleanse xtreem and the raspberry gold plus which I ordered two weeks ago. After calling the 020 3014 4021 number numerous times and having the phone put down on me a guy answered and promptly told me that he would refund me £100 and that i could keep the bottles (lucky me ) and I recieved e-mail confirmation of this and that the membership was cancelled. Yes, I was stupid for not reading the terms and conditions but it looks like that will be my maximum refund. PLEASE don't make the same mistake as me!

A couple of years back, I was also involved with a company which helped itself to my hard-earned from my bank account. I was advised, not to cancel my debit card, but to report it as lost, possibly stolen. Apparently, there is less chance of the bank making a pay-out. Certainly worked for me.

From late December both my daughter and I (separately and wittingly) have been caught by the Ketone Advanced/Slim Body Cleanse/ Slimtone/ Garcinia Diet Max - scammers ! - see our 2 complaint letters below. These scammers are based, along with a number of nutriscience businesses, at the addresses at the bottom of email. BE WARNED. This is an Auto-ship scam for £169-£174pm. On checking with Companies House the same Directors names seem to be linked with the various products named in the earlier part of this thread.

1. Ketone Advanced & Nutra Green Coffee Cleanse
I ordered these products online on 17th December for Christmas. I did not receive an email of confirmation or any email to say they were enroute. They did not arrive in time for Christmas but arrived on 31st December. I note today that you have taken two payments of £94.97 and £79.97 in December for these products from my account on the same day as I received the items! I wish to cancel. I have spent many hours since 30.12.13 trying to get replies on 0844 858 8072, 0800 014 9645, 0844 858 8073. I would like to cancel my initial order with you and any future orders with immediate effect. I would like to return the unused products but this is impossible without a RMA code.I have eventually today after 6 days on the phone(!) i have spoken to a lady from a call centre and requested that my account with you is cancelled, that the huge payment of £174.94 is refunded and a delivery address and RMA for both products supplied. She confirmed the following: RMA ref for return of Ketone Advanced and a separate one for Nutra Green Coffee Cleanse - Return address is : Ketone Advanced & Nutra Green Coffee Cleanse RETURNS, PO Box 13511, Linlithgow, West Lothian
EH49 7YH. I will return both the items by recorded delivery. Please confirm that my account with you is cancelled and that you will refund the additional unauthorised payments taken by you of £94.97 and £79.97 in December and no further payments will be taken now or in the future.

2. Garcinia Diet Max & Slim Body Cleanse
I ordered these products online in December for my Mums Christmas. I did not receive an email of confirmation or to say they were enroute. They did not arrive in time for Christmas but arrived on 1st Jan. I note today that you have taken two payments of £84.71 for these products from my account on 1st Jan. I have spent many hours since trying to get replies on 020 3514 0708 or 020 3514 0638. I would like to cancel my initial order with you and any future orders with you too with immediate effect. I would like to return the unused products but I do not have a return address as it is not published on your website. I have eventually today spoken to a lady from a call centre and requested that my account with you is cancelled, that a return address and tracking number are supplied urgently. I am still waiting for this information. I would like the £169.42 refunded please via cheque to the above address. I would be grateful if you would confirm receipt of this letter. I am a student and cannot afford £169.42 .
