Hi I have been scammed on exactly the same thing, the "free trial". I have sent 5 messages using the sites contact us form and had no response. I have asked for return address and told them to cancel any further payments as their offer is a scam and they are as good as running their company based on fraud and deceit.

I had no response and I have tried ringing and can't get passed the start where you enter your phone number. Has anyone got a valid email address please. I feel like such an idiot for being scammed like this, and they are putting me in serious money trouble as I am close to my max over draught limit which worries me a lot.

I have calcelled my card and there is hopefully no way they can still get money from me. My bank HSBS were not very helpful and I need this refund so please someone point me in the right direction

    thanks forever97

  • Thank you so much for this information. I followed a link via facebook and this looked very convincing, it said it had been trialled on channel 4 and Lorraine on ITV. I feel such a fool. I rang a number yesterday to try and stop the order I made the day before, but I was informed it has been sent the day I ordered, only to receive an email today to advise it was shipped two days later. I have tried to cancel, the person on the end of the line has informed me he has cancelled both accounts and to keep the items? I dont think this is the case. I cancelled my cards straight away when I realised it was a con and I will be sending the items straight back to Ireland. I have also emailed the address listed to complain
These companies prey on the vulnerable. I couldn't even follow the link to the T&C as it wasn't working!

I ALMOST signed up but didn't as I knew that once I had put in my details I would have difficulty cancelling. I looked at the price too and when I compared to what you could buy on legit websites, I am so glad I didn't!! If you want to try the products, pay for them but at a much lesser cost than you will be charged by these charletons!

Perhaps the site could do a feature on 'free trial offers' and highlight the pitfalls?
  • I have been following the posts from others caught up in this scam & am very grateful for all the input. As everyone else has said...........'Can't believe I fell for it!'

My tubs of pills arrived today. I have contacted my credit card company & they have blocked any further action by the company involved.

My husband also rang the number at the top of the invoice for the Green Coffee bean cleanse & this was unobtainable.

However he also rang the number on the invoice for the Raspberry Ketone order & got through fairly quickly to American lady called Brenda. He explained we wanted to cancel the account & return the pills. Although she tried several times to sell us the products at first 25% discount & later 50% we simply persevered by saying we wanted to return the items & cancel the account & she was basically very helpful.

We were given the following address to return pills to:-

    @Cost fulfillment
    Herkimere House
    Mill Road Industrial Estate
    Linlithgow
    Scotland
    EH49 75F

This is different to the PO Box address given on the front of the package that was sent.

She gave us 2 long numbers to put on the outside of the returned package relating to each item & said to send it registered post.

I put a note in with the pills with all the numbers associated with the order & will post it later hoping I never hear from them again & accept the fact I have lost out on the money for postage etc.

    Good luck everyone.

Cancel your debit card and get proof of your return postage. My bank toldme that this company is very well known to them and, this address is not made aware to folk in their emails if you are lucky enough to get one.
  • I can't believe but I have been scammed by this today and lost £150 from my account. I sighed up for free trail and sent cancellation emails but no response and have paid the price. I guess I won't see that money again. Has anyone got teir money back Feel so stupid.
  • Yes I also unknowingly signed up to this but luckily acted in time. After 1 week I tried to cancel my subscription which is where I realised I had signed up to a scam. However I immediately phoned my bank (Natwest) and cancelled my debit card and explained the situation. They then said I should speak to the reoccuring payments department and they can reject and payments these people try to take, and if they do manage to take any money from my account Natwest will refund me along with any charges that may have occured to my bank account.

My bank will phone this scam company and cancel the subscription and inform them that they do not give authority for any payments to be taken from my account.

However you must do this immeduaitely before they try and take money from your account or the bank will not cover you.

Cant believe what an idiot I was, my bank knew exactly who these companies were they have had hundreds of calls the same as mine.

Thank you Natwest you are a life saver.

Has tought me a lesson I will never be signing up to any free trials again.....
