We also fell for this scam. Once I saw the money go out of our account I contacted our bank (Nationwide) and they got us fully refunded within 3 days.

I too have just realised that this is a scam. However, my credit card company have put a block on my account as apart from the postage no other money has been taken. They told me that even if you change your card number the company can still track you and take money!!! I can live with this loss but not any huge amounts. The pills (surprisingly) arrived this morning, and I will be returning them with a request to cancel immediately. The address is:- PO box 13511 Linlithgow, West Lothian EH49 7YH, if this is any help to anyone. Also they can be reported to the fraud squad and trading standards although they are aware of these people. Feel such a fool now :mad:

I shouldve known better. But i felt desperate for help with my weight loss issue. The Raspberry ketone is a major scam. I ordered the free trial of ketone and greencoffee bean cleansers. Ive ended up being charged nearly £150 for 1 bottle of each. This has but me in major debt!!!! I phoned my Visa card help line and they said they have had so many of these cases and theyve tried to dispute with the company, but the only thing they can do is cancel any further payments being taken. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

Oh yeah.... the pills dont work either!

Nope. They'll still be able to apply monthly charges. Contact your bank to cancel future payments to them

I have been in touch with my bank who have put a charge back on this company, I have also emailed them to say don't send the free trial as I don't want it, I have also informed them I have a charge back on them so any monies taken will be refunded to me and they will be charged for it !!
Just feel so stupid about being duped, I only thought it strange from the confirmation email they send, telling you not to contact your bank, any problems contact them!!
I thought that was odd, so digged a bit and didn't take many minutes to see what I had done!!

I have just been had with the same scam!!!! I can't believe I have been so silly as usually on the ball with this kind of thing. I have contacted my bank immediately and they have said they can block the merchant from taking any further money. I have been on the phone the last hour trying to cancel with the company. Surprise surprise they can't find me on the system and without a reference I can't cancel. What a con!!! So I'm giving them a day to get back to me with a reference. If I don't hear back I'm sending it anyway. Then at least I have tried to cancel and bank has blocked them x

Hi I have been scammed on exactly the same thing, the "free trial". I have sent 5 messages using the sites contact us form and had no response. I have asked for return address and told them to cancel any further payments as their offer is a scam and they are as good as running their company based on fraud and deceit.

I had no response and I have tried ringing and can't get passed the start where you enter your phone number. Has anyone got a valid email address please. I feel like such an idiot for being scammed like this, and they are putting me in serious money trouble as I am close to my max over draught limit which worries me a lot.

I have calcelled my card and there is hopefully no way they can still get money from me. My bank HSBS were not very helpful and I need this refund so please someone point me in the right direction
