I have registered specifically to avoid anyone else losing money.
When you get the product there is no returns address and no telephone number to get the RMA:
Their address is Returns dept, PO Box 113, County Clare, Shannon, ireland. Tel number: 08447452161.
First of all contact you debit card disputes team at your bank. For LLoydstsb its 08453006699. Let them know of the scam and the fact you have no return address or telephone number. They should monitor any transactions from this company and refund you within 24hours. Lloydstsb are very familar with this company. Then call Ketone/Cleanse premium on above number and after trying to sell you better deals they will provide address and RMA number. You have to do this twice if you have ordered both products. Please beware when they give you 18 digit number they do it so quickly you have no chance to write it down. Please record this using speaker phone and another mobile phone. It took me four attempts..Very clever.
Write the RMA's on the outside of the envelope with your contact details inside the envelope and send recorded delivery. Also go to Ketonepremium.co.uk and click the contact us button and send them the following:
I have returned this product by registered post today. My RMA numbers are: Ketone premium 2800????????????. cleanse premium:2800?????????. I have also contacted my bank fraud dept to monitor any future transactions from you. Should any further transactions be attempted I will forward a copy of this Email to the police and trading standards
This should do the trick0 -
Hi I just want to add that I fell for this scam and just what to say that contrary to an earlier comment Santander have been very helpful. Not only have they said they will stop any further payments going out, but they wil also go after the company to try and get a refund for me. So I have to agree do contact your bank my experience is that they are very helpful and supportive in this matter.0

I just joined the "I got scammed club" by Raspberry Ketone and Green Coffee cleanse. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL! It is not free and you will be signing up for a costly, monthly subscription...and they will not refund.0

I too have been sucked into the misleading RISK FREE TRAIL. I accept that i will loose my £112.50 out of stupidity but i urge people to report these people to trading standards, i just have and it takes 10 minutes. Telephone 0845 404 0506. At least this way it may make other people aware so they also dont become pennyless!0

My wife came across a link to this company on her Facebook page and saw that it was a 'trial price' so that you could try it out and see if it was right for you at a cost of only £2.95 or thereabouts. The scam only came to light when we received our bank statement only to find that this so called trial has actually cost £111. We duly contacted the bank who then put us through to the 'card payment dept' who then went onto cancel any future payments to 'John Wayne' & co, the underhand tactic cowboys. We also tried, yes tried to make contact with this elusive company but to avail!!! I sent emails but they were returned and when you rang the number given you were met with a recorded message and then cut-off. Please, please, please do not reply to their advertising spiel unless you want to shed the £££'s and not the lb's. Sorry for the play on words but if it gets through to you then I have saved your bank account from haemorrhaging pounds (Sterling)0

Just a little note if you're quick off the mark and cancel your card then you won't be charged. I did this and haven't been charged for the trial.Debt free 6th December 2014

I have also been sucked into this 'Free trial' fiasco. I think there is more than one company involved. Mine was beyondraspberryketone.com and a different phone number than quoted on here. I checked my bank account yesterday to find a charge of £79.00 to them. This was when I realised I had been duped and my bottle of 30 supplements was costing me a great deal of money. I did a search on here and it confirmed my fears. I emailed them last night and received a reply saying I could only cancel by phoning the 0800 number. I tried this morning, received a message asking me to hold then it cut off. I was in a bit of a panic then and phoned my bank but they said I had signed up to it and couldn't cancel future payments unless I lodged a complaint with Trading Standards. I then tried the 0800 number again and spoke to somebody called Nathan who tried to talk me into receiving future orders with 25% off. I said I wanted to cancel future supplies as per their website and email and he said he would do that and I asked for an email confirming this. I asked if the £79 was for another bottle on its way to me but he said it was for the original bottle of 30 supplements so they have worked out at about £3.00 a capsule.
I am so angry with myself. I saw raspberry ketone recommended on Doctor Oz in America and was looking for some on the Internet and came across the so-called free trail. I should have looked more closely at the T and C. I am just praying that no more charges are taken. I have kept the email confirming I have cancelled the order but will be very anxious for the next few weeks. £79 a month for supplements you can get for a fraction of the price elsewhere is a total rip-off.
I am over £80.00 worse off and will be much more careful in future and deal with Holland and Barrett or Amazon.0 -
I see that the pill scams are alive and kicking once more with their URL's on facebook as my wife got scammed with Nutra-Rubbish some years back and sure enough, this new one is another repeat of the same. The scam is simple by offering a money back guarantee BUT they take 10+ days to ship taking it past their 14 day to get the useless pills back to them. I should add that the previous company was based in some abandoned warehouse in Scotland and so is this company.0

Despite the first poster on this blog claiming its not a scam, it is for these reasons.
To re-iterate my earlier post, reading and understanding the T&C's wont protect you from this scam.. The objective here by this disreputable company is to get hold of your credit card under the guise of a money back guarantee but make it impossible for you to actually get your money back through their T&C's. Note that the two week 'free trial' is from the instant of handing over your credit card details and after that, they can ensure you can't meet the terms of the money back offer by delaying shipping or acknowledging when they received the returned goods back.
Just think about it, Amazon who are very reputable can take 4-7 days to get something delivered to your house and if its not right it will take 4-7 days for an agent to pick it up to return it to Amazon. In the case of this company that leaves you NO time to try out the product within the 14 days. By default they'll never have to pay back an unsatisfied customer just because of their unfair contract terms. Of course, you could try the OFT or small claims court for some redress but don't hold your breath as this company is one man band and will disappear quicker than an ice cream in the Sahara desert at midday.
The sole objective here is to get a one off hit of 70 pounds plus P&P from the hapless customer as they know full well most if not all people will find the product useless and will never buy any more. Cost to them, around 1 pound for some useless pills and P&P, not a bad little earner thats barely legal.
Note also that this company does not have a real address but uses those convenient PO Boxes so you couldn't even return the product personally. This was a scam before under another product name and its still a scam now. DO NOT FALL FOR IT !0 -
~Chameleon~ wrote: »People need to stop screaming SCAM and start reading T&Cs. Yes, of course some companies exploit those who don't read them, and this is likely one of them. And they also exploit those looking for a quick fix to lose weight (THERE ISN'T ONE!!) so whilst what they do might be slightly immoral, it certainly isn't illegal and neither is it a scam.
