For me it's a scam and I read T&C but I don't see anything, why the companie say is a trial free?

I don't know why, I would like to test it and the publicity is attractive. I know I'm stupid now I do the necessary to block my card because I don't received any email about the society

Ashamed to say I was taken in by this too. I've never signed up for anything like this before but I read reviews of the product on legitimate websites so didn't think anything of it. I did read about having to cancel in order not to be charged (as I was buying them) so I was just going to do that today......needless to say number doesn't work and have sent off a token email.

I've alerted my bank and cancelled my card so hopefully this is enough. Guess it just goes to show this kind of thing can happen to anyone.

Hi all. I got a refund from these animals this morning after 4 emails. They took £75 and then £35.

Poppylucy if you go onto http://ketonepremium.com/ and select online cancel on the right hand side. Make sure you don't click quick cancel because that will charge you straight away. Click other options and select request an RMA. This will give you a long returns number to send back to a PO box address in Ireland.

I believe this company in question have already been punished by the ASA and also arent adhereing to Distance Selling Regulations.

My understanding is if a company doesn't give a physical address then any sales can be refunded and I also believe this includes postage as well.

Not sure what other members think about this?

Can you tell me what you mean by "makesure you dont click quick cancel because taht will charge you straight away" as this is what I did on both products about an hour ago????

Hi Gemerley,

I will try. When you click on the online cancellation it will initially ask you for your first name, last name, phone number and postcode.

It will then take you to another page. There is a big green button which says "easy cancel". If you click on that you are charged either £37.50. So don't click that.

But you will see below an option which says need more options. Its a grey button and doesn't stand out very well. This is what you need to click.

After than another screen comes up and on there you will see an option request RMA number. This is what you need to click. You will then get a long return number and this is what you put on the front of the envelope

Hope thats a bit clearer. If not PM me and if you send me your email address I will quite happily put more detailed instructions on where to click etc.

I have utter contempt for people like this so anything I can do to help people get their money back I'm happy to do

if you discover like me you have been suckered into thinking you have stumbled across a raspberry and cleansing free trial to good to be true that has great celeb and apparent media credibilty ...do not be fooled ... check the ASA judgement 30 Jan ..complaint upheld ..check that failing to provide full address fro return of products etc in breach of distance selling ...claims cannot be substantiated ..and had I checked I would have seen the horror stories about monies being taken on day 14 when this appears to be free up until 14 days ... not going to wait as this is a con .... my bank quick off the mark just before midnight as I scrambled to try and find where the postage money had been taken ...report this scam consumer rip off ... cancel the debit card issued immediately as you cancel your order within the 14 days ...cancel your card first same day in case they try to take monies from your account . you are within your statutory rights ...given no address provided , cancel in writing ..I shall see if they give me a return address but contractually there is no contract as you should receive terms and conditions of the free trial offer by email .....do not hesitate to cancel your debit card so they cannot process and my bank have give me a fraud line number to call in case they try some way to capture the money ...i shall offer to return the free trial offer but I doubt I shall get a response ... hopefully this gives some help before your 14 days are up ...if you are being charged and get caught with the first charges ...cancel and stop your debit of credit cards and alert the fraud department as to this wide scam operation with misleading advertising and promises...
