This has just happened to me exactly the same way as you with the only paying £4.95

I've currently got the bank into how £151.35 has disappeared out of my bank account along with 3 non sterling charges...

Ive just got the bottles day and its clicked whats happened?
how do I send them back and get a refund?

I also fell for this however literally tried to back out and thought another page would come up to confirm the other (it didn't) so I fell for the ketoneadvanced.com trial.
Contacted them literally the same day and said I wanted to cancel. After a while they agreed and sent a conformation to that affect. I informed my credit card company of this and although they had already sent for the postage amount of 3.48 they would reverse any future requests for payment. Now ketone advanced said they could not stop the shipment. It was shipped today and I've rang twice for an RMA number and both times they have said your account is already cancelled and that I don't need to return them. What do I do? I really don't want to be liable for future payments but do have several emails confirming my account cancellation and no other payments will be taken.

I have just fallen for this scam by not fully reading their terms and conditions, which I have to say are very 'invisible' and not made clear at all during the ordering process.
Here is what I did. Fortunately I check my bank account every week and immediately saw the amount of £94.97 had been taken out a few days ago. I immediately rang my bank and they confirmed they have had numerous complaints about this organisation. They cannot refund these initial amounts but will now refund any further amounts which are attempted to be taken regarding either of these products. They also gave me a telephone number which I have just rung, and spoke to someone very quickly and cancelled both subscriptions.
The number is: 0800 014 9645. I doubt there is anything I can do to recover the initial payment taken as you agree to their terms and conditions just by using their website. However, I would be interested to hear if anyone has managed to challenge their methods with any kind of success.

Did you ask the person on 0800 014 9645 for a full refund of the monies paid to date?

Surely that would be worth doing.

Just thought I'd pop in here after reading some of the posts. My wife signed up for the free trial the other week and today we discovered that £94.97 had been taken out.

I phoned the company on the 0800 and argued black and blue. They sent informed me I had to return the bottles before a refund. I refused as they were my bottles now and they would have to refund before I returned. They have agreed to do this. I am still waiting.

However I must praise the Nationwide BS for getting involved. They are aaware of the scam and have refunded the money straight away.

If the money comes back from the company then they will take that back I know.

I'll let you know how it goes with the company.

I saw a link on FB for these slimming pills at the end of January. It mentioned celebrity success stories and health benefits so I thought I would give it a try at £3.48 for Ultra Ketone Ultra and £1.99 for Slim Body Cleanse - you have to take them together for best effect! Yeah right! One came after a couple of days, the other over a week later. Nothing inside the Jiffy bags. No invoice or return details so I thought nothing of it. I started to take them about a week ago.

Today I was checking my online banking and I nearly fell off the settee with shock! Two debits: one on 6th Feb for £84,71 Slim Body and the other on 7th Feb for £94.97 Ultra Ketone. I found an email from one of the company's and emailed them straight away to cancel. I was worried about ringing the telephone numbers in case they were premium rate lines.

Next I rang my bank (Lloyds) who took details of my actions. They were aware of both companies and gave me numbers to call. They would contact them too to tell them I wanted to cancel the subscription. They could not refund my money but they would cover any other debits should they arise.

I managed to get through to Ketone on 0800 0149619 and I received a confirmation email to say subscription cancelled but Slim Body did not answer on 0203 5140638. I have emailed them via their website.

I feel really stupid but I know it's my own fault for not reading the small print.:mad::eek::(

Girls!!
Please do not order this! I got scammed!! They ask for £4.95 for shipping for 90 trial and then got charged £153.95! Luckily my bank declined it, but i have had to get a new card now so they cant get any more money!!
Only reason i tried this, as ive tried free trial of raspberry ketone from a different website and wasnt a scam!!

I cannot believe I might have been scammed by Ketone. I signed up for trial at 4.95 only to discover that they had taken out 71.23 out of my bank, gutted phoned my bank cancelled card e,mailed Ketone in Scotland. of course no reply, does not take them long to take money out of your account though, will fight this tooth and nail, disgusting that they could get away with it!

I also fell for this trial via a facebook advert. I posted the rebate form to their address in the states and tracked it. this was in December 2013. My refund was due by 7 feb and didnt arrive.. have repeatedly contacted their 'customer services team' and been told to allow more time as they are busy. Today was the date given to call again byt his team and now when I ring the line goes dead. (0800 404 6960). Feel annoyed that facebook allows these ads and stupid that i fell for it. Will now contace barclaycard to see if I can get a refund.
