Hi everyone

I've been caught by this scam also. Been onto the so called company and spoke with Ronald (ha ha) who said he would cancel my order straight away .. I was to wait a couple of hours for the email to arrive with a returns address once received and i returned the goods the money would be returned... no email, i've spoke with my bank and they have cancelled all future payments....I know its a pain but i've also cancelled by debit card to make sure no further payments are taken.

I advised everyone to be very wary ....

I too have been scammed by this company after they duplicated their web sites and removed the Terms & Conditions [Tick box] and I agree to be entered into a recurring billing mode [Tick box].

Without your knowledge you get signed up for £94.97/month for one and £79.97/month for the other. Plus your lucky if you even get the goods which are not worth it when you can buy Rasbery Ketone from bigvits.co.uk for £6.95.

I've reported them to actionfraud.police.uk Ph: 0300 123 2040 and suggest to anyone else who've had trouble to do likewise.

Thank you After8 I finally got through to the telephone number you gave & the American Lady was very helpful & polite....I can't believe this has been going on for so long with out being Publicly Exposed. My bank was very helpful & stopped any transactions going through to this company & if it did they will refund me. I tried 2 other phone numbers before seeing your post, all numbers are in the states & I'm sure I spoke to the same man twice saying that I didn't have an account with them so no RMA number.....So no return chance....Very clever...My Bank advised me to email them anyway to cancel this subscription & give as much info as poss as this will be proof that I had tried to cancel & return the FREE Trial !! If they don't reply to me that's there problem. Please use this number that After8 has given as I got through & got the RMA number am yet to post them back as the post codes do vary so will see.PLEASE READ THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS VERY IMPORTANT AS THIS IS WHAT TIES YOU TO A VERY EXPENSIVE DIET PLAN. GOOD LUCK. Also nice American lady who had asked me for my Email address to confirm I was a customer said I would receive a confirmation Email to say I had cancelled my subscription....NEVER CAME.

I too have just lost nearly £100 to this company. :mad::mad::mad::dance:But help is at hand.....
I bank with HSBC, and have reported this unauthorised withdrawal on my credit card. They are aware of this company and have had numerous complaints. They are currently investigating the matter, so it looks like we should be getting our money back.:T
Contact your banks asap.... If enough people complain, then am pretty sure the banks will have to report this matter as a crime.
Whoever is behind this, and other slimming wonder claims preys on those of us who are looking for help. Unfortunately these scams give genuine people and excellent products a bad name.
Am still going to give slimming aids a try but next time will go to someone reliable like any high street stores that sell on line as well as in actual shops.:beer::money:

I'm just so glad I found this thread by accident while searching for something else.

I recently took the £2.95 post free trial and certainly didn't read the T&C. Well now I know it's a scam before the stuff even arrives.

I phoned the Tel: UK 0800 9098021 number on the email confirmation and had them cancel the trial - luckily I was within the 14 days they allow. I've had an email confirming the cancellation.

To make certain I phoned the CC company and they will be blocking any further payments to these people.

I'm guessing I may as well flush the Raspberry Ketones down the loo for what good they'll do?
I didn't take the whatever it was purge as I didn't like the sound of it or that would have been £4.95 down the pan.

Although I made it clear to the rep that I would be telling the CC company to refuse all future payments the git didn't mention that I'd need to get their RMA and return the stuff at my own expense. I will be doing that rather than relying on the CC company.

I paid with my credit card and as soon as I saw £93 was taken from my account I got straight on to Barclays dispute department and they were a great help. They rang me back and said hang on the phone and they transferred me straight through to the company and they listened to the conversation. I was told that if I had only used 28 pills I could return them I told them that they were fraudster and I was going to take thing further ,with that she said I could have £83 back minus £10 handling fee ,better than nothing I suppose. I immediately got an email with a RMA no which I didn't even know I needed. posted them back today recorded delivery now to wait and see. Barclays have stopped any further requests for payment.

Also caught. Phoned them on 08009098235 and after they told me it was my fault and that they would credit me with £35. Shall await. Meanwhile shall visit Citizens Advice since this is illegal.

My mother was caught by this scam, at first they told her she could not return the product as it was opened. They said they could offer 25% off the next batch. I spoke to a man in America named michael and asked for a full refund as it is illegal as it is a banned practice here in the UK to sell something for Free or mentions the word free anywhere on their website and then make further charges, he ignored what I had said and started telling me about the ingredients!
We went on for 15 minutes where I was requesting a refund and he ignored my request and offered discounts. He has also advised me he was not authorised to offer further discounts or refunds.
I then advised that I would be going to my local trading standards office and reporting the company for their illegal practices. He said he didn't know what trading standards was as he was american, I said they are the people we get legal advice from. He asked me to hold and came back with a 50% discount, I repeated that we wanted a full refund and he said he would refund in 3-5 days and gave me the RMA numbers for the superketone plus and the aloe ferox clense.

So be strong on the phone people, they will try anything to get out of a refund, but they can authorise it, and it can be cancelled in 30 days as per their T & C's, and they roll over pretty quickly and refund you.

I have to been taken in by this scam. However I received no conformation email or any info in the post so how do I get my money back please help ASAP.
I HAVE CANCELLED MY CARD BUT MY BANK WONT GIVE ME ANY MONEY BACK AS IT SAYS IN THE RASBERRY KEYTONE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEY SAID I HAVE TO GET THE ONEY BACK MY SELF SO HOW DO I DO THAT PLEASE

I also fell for this last weekend after clicking a link on facebook for Womenshealth mag, it said it was a free trial an all I had to pay was £3.95 postage. It was only when I didn't receive a confirmation email I went searching online and found many forums like this one saying it was a scam. I couldn't believe I had fell for it! I tried contacting the company at support@ketoneadvanced.com but they always replied with the same saying to call the support team in an 0844 number. Everyone I called they were always having technical difficulties and couldn't help! Eventually my tablets arrived through post there was a contact number inside so I called it an was able to get through, told them I wanted to return product. Lady on the other end gave me an RMA number to return the tablets and an address. I posted to PO box 13511, Linlithgow, west Lothian, EH49 7yh. in the meantime I have informed my bank barclays to stop them taking any money from me in future, they have assured me they will an refund me within 24 hours if they do take any. Hopefully that's that and a big lesson learnt.
