I have phoned the cancellation number for Super Ketone +, an american man named Nicholas answered and first of all he pretended not to understand my very weak Scottish accent so I literally had to spell out my name and email address then after I had said the products where unopen he tried to convince me to continue my subscription but with a 25% discount after I refused he then tried to offer his personal discount of 50% off but finally after not backing down he then went on to cancel my subscription. I have recieved comfirmation emails from both Aloe Ferox and Super Ketone, but do I trust them?0

Hi everyone I have fallen for this as well just seen that £97.00 taken out of my account on Friday . If you look on the bottles there is a phone number which we called and after many explanations have managed to cancel the subscription. Please phone it and try to stop the payments . My bank ar first said they couldn't stop the payments but after insisting they put me through to a department which helped me and put a stop on future payments ..0

I've just fallen for it too, thinking of you all, we're not stupid people!
I thought I'd google checked if it was a scam, but I couldn't have. Very unusual for me to buy this sort of stuff, let alone fall for scam. I thought it was
"try it for 14 days and if you dont like it , send it back for a full refund"
but I cant find the link anymore....
I havent opened it, so will send it back.
Does it cost a fortune to ring their number?0 -
Hello,
I also stupidly fell for this deal.. I did read the T&C though and it clearly states that as long as you cancel it within the 14 days you wont be charged.. but then i came onto here and saw the amount of people who have STILL been charged even if they try to cancel the order.
Thankfully i saw all this last night an hour or so after i signed up for this 'Free trial'.
This morning i checked my bank account to see if they had charged me £94.99 but they had not yet so i immediately rang up my bank and told them my situation and they have cancelled any payments sent to them now and i will be refunded if they do try to take anything out.
I then rang up this scum of a company and demanded they cancel my order and told them exactly what i thought about their so called 'Free trial offer' and told them about the amount of people they have stolen money from. He continued to try and offer me 'deals' and i wasnt having any of it! I also demanded they send me a confirmation email saying they have cancelled my order and asked that they do NOT send me anymore offers. I could hardly understand the man on the phone but he knew i was !!!!ed.
Hopefully all will be sorted now and i wont have to worry. So if anyone is reading this, if you have signed up for this thing, get hold of your bank STRAIGHT AWAY and cancel your order ASAP.
I hope this helps!0 -
I've fallen for this scam too. I clicked the link through Facebook, put my mobile number and address in, and after processing that, found that they charged £3.95 for each one. I stupidly thought that they'd only charge that, and paid anyway. The pills arrived a week later, only took one from each, not had anymore since. I got a mini statement this morning, and they've took £89 for the cleanse extreme and £95 for the raspberry ketone! They're only the first transactions taken out, will I be able to get my money back? I never received an email after placing the order, or no paperwork after they arrived, but I wrote down the customer number and invoice number for both products, hopefully that will help in getting my money back, fingers crossed. I feel sooooo stupid0

Never mind the payment scam, its the product you should realise is a scam. The only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. NOTHING you take out of a little white pot and pop in your mouth is going to make a blind bit of difference to what the bathroom scales tell you. Ignore the advertising - its lies.0

I've some good news this morning
. My cousin helped me sort it out, I got an email for each product, confirming my cancellation, informing me that my account has been deactivated, no more payments will be taken, and no more products will be shipped out to me. I'm returning the bottles today, and they're putting £130 back in my account
:). I didn't think I'd get any money back, so it's like a huge weight off my shoulders. I definitely learned my lesson, but have faith guys, if I can get money back, you can too xxxx
