Slimtone plus Raspberry Ketone - free trial - NOT! (another Nutrascience)

I have just spoken to the company on 0800 909 8021
They said that it clearly states that they charge after the 14 day trial period. They were sorry if I mis-understood and were prepared to break company policy and refund 50% of the amount they had charged.0 -
That's better than nothing hun. They took £184 from me, so returned the products and got £130 back once they had been delivered xxx0

Hi All!
New here on the Forums but thought chime in on this because my Wife got scammed recently.
I think the Customer Service Line to Raspberry Ketone is now dead (the one my bank gave me). I suspect they're about to disappear and reappear under a new name. Probably like they did last time...... suspect the Nutra lot are these same people after some research.
For anyone still able to contact them; check your bank statements; in their T&Cs it says 'send you a monthly supply every 30 days' but what they actually do is send you a monthly supply every 15 days, because they charge you twice a month and so are in violation of their own T&Cs.
Might help some of us get our money back............0 -
The more you look into the companies the worse you find they are, The Oded Kariti and Yotvak Kariti have been involved in drug running and money laundering. (search in Google for 2009 £3 Million dollar drugs arrest on Staten Island)
The founder of most of the scam sites is Robet Bedford who set them up and then left them to be run by others. He had been involved in lottery scams and worse. Also many many complaints by the Advertising Standards Authority and thousands of complaints on Forums and the Trading Standards. An evil man out to cheat people
Many of the companies he set up have been compulsorily wound up and yet you will find on some of these scam sites the limited company names of wound up companies which is illegal
Moreover most of the myrida of limited compies they run are listed at companies house as not trading . But they are so one assumes they are not filling in companies accounts and defrauding VAT etc
These are some of the companies he set up and they revolve arround which names ares ued and it doesnt matter if companies who have been compulsorily wound up appear on the websites from which you purchase (because they are never going to pay tax or VAT as they are ripping off HMRC as well as you)
CAN HEALTH LTD., DROP DOWN LTD., FASTFUN, LTD, H.K. WESTBOUND LTD, HEALTHY ESSENTIALS LTD., KC WELLNESS LTD., ROCK AND DALE MEDIA LTD, GARCINIA CAMBOGIA XT LTD., SITE CENTRAL LTD., PLATINUM ONLINE LTD., RCM ENTERPRISE LTD., SMARTLABS NUTRITION LTD., UK OPTIMAL HEALTH PRODUCTS LTD, HEALTH LABS WORLDWIDE LTD., UK ACTION CREATIVE LTD., ECOM GLOBAL VENTURES LTD., LUMANELLE COSMETICS LTD., CPACO LTD., ESSENTIAL LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS INTL LTD., JUNIPER HEALTH AND BEAUTY LTD., INTERNET REPUBLIC LTD., SUPERIOR NUTRITIONAL LTD., LUMA HEALTH LTD., VITAL SOURCE LTD., BIOADVANCED LTD., ALLBODY NUTRA LTD., TESTOMAXX LTD., LARGOMUSCLE LTD., HOMELAND ASSOCIATES UK LTD., WISHBONE MEDIA LTD., MAPLE LEAF HEALTH LTD., MEDIA VALVE LTD., MOUNTAIN VOICE MEDIA LTD., EVIDENT HEALTH LTD., ZYMBIOTIX HEALTH LTD., AKAN LTD., BEYOND NUTRA LTD, BIOSCIENCE FORMULA LTD., SPARTA RESPONSE LTD., TRISYNTRA LTD., FIT CLUBHOUSE LTD., INTERNET GROVE LTD., EGLOBAL SR CAPITAL LTD., INTRACOASTAL COSMETICS LTD., BAYARD PUBLISHING COMPANY LTD., ASHIEDA LTD., NUTRI FUSION LTD., CENTURY MAIL UK LTD., INTER NUTRA LTD., GLOBAL SKYRISE BRANDS LTD., BODY MASSCO LTD., TESTOCORE LTD., ALDER MARKETING LTD., HEALTH WELLNESS FORMULA LTD., OS GLOBAL LTD., HAMPTON NATURALS LTD., NUTRA PRO LTD., BLUE CODE VENTURES LTD, NUTRITION FIRST LTD., WORLD ECOMMERCE LTD
The best thing you can do to reclaim the money you had stollen is complain to all revelant bodies, HMRC (Who have more powers than anyone. Lol) Trading Standards, Police, If you see one of the companies which have been wound up using that name complain about that too as its illegal. Also if you ses their adverts running on facebook or google complain to them too as often there is lies within them like "as seen on BBC" (sort of true as been on watchdog!) or the fake security seals etc
Finaly insist on a charge back from the banks as you have a strong case for showing the sites have been fraudulent and misleading and they DO revolve adverts with no terms and conditions0 -
My wife received a packet of colon cleanse tablets a few days ago and then this morning came a packet of raspberry ketones in exactly the same packaging with different manufacturers names & addresses (both based in Scotland).
Neither she nor I have ordered these
Before ringing them (same tel.number on both delivery notes), I checked t'interweb and money saving expert which confirm this telephone number is linked to a scam.
We rang them to investigate what they knew and how they found our details. She found out that they quoted a previous e-mail address confirmed the last four numbers of an old debit card.
They said they would not deduct any payment for 30 days as long as the products were returned.
Scammers are scum and want a good kicking! Pass it on!:mad:0 -
I was sucked into this and 2 days after receiving I had to see my GP about something else and asked him about these pills. He said they were totally useless and it was a scam. I contacted my Credit Card company this morning and they have put a stop on any more payments being taken by this company. They assured me that no more money will be taken. Interestingly they were full aware of this company and have received lots of complaints.
The phone numbers that this outfit give are dead and they haven't replied to my emails (2) I can find no address in the UK to return them and I have told them in my unanswered email that if they send any more I will refuse to accept the package.
If you have been similarly scammed RING YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TODAY!!!

If it helps what I have found is the real adress of where the centre of their criminal operation is : Its 147 MOUNTAIN VIEW DRIVE
LAKEWOOD NJ 08701 USA (and you can see tem by their cars on google maps!)
Although the banks will need to be pushed to demand a charge back against them you can do it if you argue your case well enough and chargebakcs are one of the best weapons against these criminals
Out of interest you could cite to the bank this proof that they deliberately defrauded you
You may have see an advert ob facebook which linked to this fraud website here (add : http : // to the start of the link as it may get automomatically stripped and you have to have the exact letters and number after the domain or it goes to teh real website)
inwomenshealthmag.com/denise/t202id=129&c1=3802&t202kw=
Now you may have gone to oen of the links from that site but equally you may have gone to one ofg their links which revolve without any terms and conditions which is why you never noticed
For example now look if you click on one of the raspberry ketone links you will go to the page with all the details (without terms other than microscopic link at bottom )
Now fill in some garbled fake emails , postcode and telephone number as if you were going to buy something and it next takes you to teh payment page.
Now this is where it gets interesting : change the number after offer5 in the url and you see all teh various pages it alternates to such as offer5, offer6, offer 7 ect.
When you get to 10 you will come to a checkout page with the Womens Helath Logo on (and various fake security seals etc) and more importantly a page with NO terms and conditions
the link is https://
Im seperating my sentance in jop it shows the link as you need the exact link
ketoneslimxt.com/offer10/order.php?prospectId=1054065&shipcountry=GB&cid=463&AFID=&AFFID=4001&SID=&TID=&AID=&click_id=&C1=137&C2=3802&C3=
Now i put it to you that the reason you didnt see the terms and conditions at the time of purchase is because they were not there on the site you saw and when you went back weeks or days later they were one of the other pages with terms
Now if you agree that was likely and bearing in mind the person who made the website checkout page MUST have known that it was coming from a fake Womes Health magazine page as its in teh offer 10 page I sugest ist more than likely
Accordingly you print out the fake newspaper and the offer 10 page with a full description of all the lies in it and how the secret checkout page above was revolved so you didnmt agree to any terms
Then you send the copies of the prints and description of above and DEMAND a chargeback from your bank as you say the page you paid on did not have any terms and they revolve them
the banks are lazy and will hope an initial letter fobbing you off will save time BUT you are in the right so write back and insist on a Chargeback and threaten (and carry out the threat if needed) to complain to teh ombudsmen
With the printouts as evidence above and a good letter I think you may win your money back as bearing in mind all the lies Oded Kariti and Gabrielle Yotvak Kariti have put on their fake newspaperw ho will believe them
You will be doing yourself a favour by getting your money back and the best way to kill off these scammers is enough charegbacks and they will get their merchant account taken away0 -
The phone number 0800 909 8021 is now unobtainable but they can be reached on 0800 051 8363 My wife has just spoken to the most arrogant individual who told her to read the T&C's and there will be no refund.0

My wife got scammed when logging on to her bank a popup came up with a message "Dear XYZBank Customer, as a special thank you please accept this offer" (Bank Name Changed) and she bought into what appeared to be an offer for P&P only. It was only later down the line that she found out that this was a repeat order at £82.90 per month. I can't find the original site so I cannot prove if there were T&C's or not.0

My mother was trying to sign up for the trial of Raspberry Ketone Slim but she had trouble getting her own credit card to authorize, so she asked me if I could do it with mine. I didn't think much of it at the time and just entered my card details for her. When later I saw they had charged my card for £75 I called them up and the lady spun her BS that I can't get my money back and I had to cancel my subscription. I told her that she can talk to my bank (Nationwide) so I got in touch with them. They were very good about it and refunded my money. Later they sent me a letter saying they had recovered the money from Raspberry Ketone Slim. Don't let these bandits rip you off!0
