My mother was trying to sign up for the trial of Raspberry Ketone Slim but she had trouble getting her own credit card to authorize, so she asked me if I could do it with mine. I didn't think much of it at the time and just entered my card details for her. When later I saw they had charged my card for £75 I called them up and the lady spun her BS that I can't get my money back and I had to cancel my subscription. I told her that she can talk to my bank (Nationwide) so I got in touch with them. They were very good about it and refunded my money. Later they sent me a letter saying they had recovered the money from Raspberry Ketone Slim. Don't let these bandits rip you off!

Hi, can you tell me how am i supposed to do this please? I just had two payments debited from my account but unfrtunately the 14 days cancelation period has passed now :(
  • can i actually threaten them that i will take them to court if they don't refund me all money? As i dont really know what to say if they response is 'no you cant have a refund'' somebody help please :(
  • Another scammed person here with a red face! I found an email address so I have emailed today and I've had confirmation emails of my cancellation with reference numbers so hopefully that's that! I've also had my bank stop any future payments and I've cancelled my debit card and am getting a new one which will have a different long number etc! do you think I've done enough to stop the payments? should I call to confirm the emails are legit?

Have you the email address they used??
  • Has anybody got any working email address?? Am in process of taking this further. I was initially optimistic as managed to speak to somebody, provided all the information they asked for, despatch notes proof of payments taken, cancelled order through my bank, returned all product Heard nothing from them since and have spoken to CAB. Have to advise I am now taking this further but email address that was working has bounced back today.

I rang my bank to ask their advice how to deal with this scam after husband caught out by 'free sample.' Saw the bottle and remembered reading about people being tricked into contracts by misleading advertising.
Bank stopped all future payments and set up conference call to support me when discussing refund. As others have found Nutra Labs/Getsuperket refused to refund as payment for pills is taken on 14th day. As per their Terms and cons! I'm confident these awful people won't get any more money from us. Thanks to bank advisor. Bank said they deal with this type of thing all day.

    Number on despatch note. 08000518363
    Email. info@superketoneplus.com
  • Feel really stupid to be taken in by this SCAM, Credit Card Company have put a stop to any future payments. They said they were aware of this SCAM and were dealing with this on a daily basis. How can we stop these termites from sucking the innocent? Terms and Conditions were not obvious when ordering. Needed to put down my feelings about this, now feel purged of this despicable act.

Fell for this , too. Feel stupid, I know perfectly well that these things don't work , but it seemed cheap etc etc. today the email charging my card £79.95.
Spoke to them , got the same crap that I signed up to a trial subscription I hadn't cancelled... That they were taking the payment.
Phoned bank, they said payment "pending", they said they can't do anything until payment is taken, then we can try to get it refunded.
Anyone got any useful advice, please?

    Yes.

The answers you are looking for are all in the thread.
There are also many other threads discussing Ketones and trial offers.

Yes, this was reported in the Daily Mail last week. Also see thread by "fruitdogs" who was scammed.
I cant believe this thread has being going for 2 and a half years, something needs to be done about this rip-off.
  • I'm hoping someone can help me! I also fell for the 'free trial scam' luckily so far only £4ish has been taken from my bank. That was 3 days ago when I ordered them. It was late at night and I was feeling rather rubbish about myself and was struggling to loose weight, when I saw the add for the 'free trial' for ketone slim XT and prima clense, I gave it a quick read and thought oh why not I'll give it a go! As soon as I ordered them I thought maybe I shouldn't of ordered them from a company I didn't no and I didn't read it through properly. When the pills arrived two days later I searched the company and address on the invoice inside the packaging and that was when I learnt of theese scams! I felt so silly! I instantly cancelled my bank card so hopefully no more money should be taken. But now I have two unopened bottles of pills and no address to return. The company and address on the invoice is Healthy Nurtrion, 196 Caerphilly road, Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales, CF14 4NR and has two different phone numbers for each pill 02036953806 and 02921680129. Has anyone else used this company that could give me some advice please. Luckily it's only been 3 days and I haven't opened the bottles so I'm hoping the answer is to return the bottles before 14 days is up and not be charged anymore money, but I'm worried it won't be as simple as that. The email they send me confirming my order has links on it but they don't work! And can't find a website with the terms on them anywhere but there is no way I'm going to risk waiting 2 weeks and seeing if they take money out of my account or if it was legit, which I highly doubt it was! Thanks in advance for any advice, like I said before I feel very silly about the whole thing I always buy off reliable well known company's and will certainly never do anything like this again. If it sounds to good to be true I usually is! I'll stick to the exersice and healthy eating!
