I've fallen for this scam too. I clicked the link through Facebook, put my mobile number and address in, and after processing that, found that they charged £3.95 for each one. I stupidly thought that they'd only charge that, and paid anyway. The pills arrived a week later, only took one from each, not had anymore since. I got a mini statement this morning, and they've took £89 for the cleanse extreme and £95 for the raspberry ketone! They're only the first transactions taken out, will I be able to get my money back? I never received an email after placing the order, or no paperwork after they arrived, but I wrote down the customer number and invoice number for both products, hopefully that will help in getting my money back, fingers crossed. I feel sooooo stupid

I could cry! I did exactly the same and only realised they had begun charging more at the supermarket today when my card was refused - same amounts as above! I did not see any small print when I bought these pills, nor did I receive any emails, to me this now screams SCAM!!!! I read it was a free product, all you had to do was pay p&p, well duh me because we all know nothing is free. I called my bank up and all they could do was stop further payments going out, even that couldn't be guaranteed but at least they will refund it as its on record. The operator advised me to call them direct but I cant find any numbers and do not really want to cost myself anymore money...she also suggested trading standards. Personally I think I've got no chance! Bye bye £200
  • It's horrible isn't it, angelstar1207? Did the products you ordered arrive? My cousin helped me sort it out, and he told her that if I returned the products, they'd refund £130 back into my account once they'd received them. I had to pay £6 recorded delivery, but at least then you've got proof if they try to contest it. Plus my account has been cancelled, and I received emails confirming this. If you received your products, the address is PO Box 13511, Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH49 7YH. It's worth it to pay recorded delivery. Hopefully you'll get your money. I didn't get the whole £184, but it's more than I thought I was gonna get, which was nowt at all. Good luck to you and anyone else whose been caught by these scammers xxx

Thank you so much Cazpot1988, do I send a cover letter with them too? I am so damn annoyed, just been onto my bank again via the chargeback route only to be told 'You accepted the terms and conditions so we cannot help you' THERE WERE NONE! To which she replied 'They are on the website' Well stupidly I never thought to go on their website.
I'm glad you got some back Cazpot, I've been extremely tempted to throw these stupid pills out but I will give this a go, thank you :) xx
  • It wouldn't hurt hun, that's what I did. It'll be worth it to have recorded delivery too. Your bank should be able to refund the money under the 2009 payment service regulations, try them again and mention that. I definitely learned that if something's too good to be true, 9 times out of 10, it is. Your welcome hun, anytime. Good luck :):):) xxxxx
  • Did exactly as you said Cazpot...£69 and £75 being refunded to my bank. Thank you so much!!!! xxx
  • Another scammed person here with a red face! I found an email address so I have emailed today and I've had confirmation emails of my cancellation with reference numbers so hopefully that's that! I've also had my bank stop any future payments and I've cancelled my debit card and am getting a new one which will have a different long number etc! do you think I've done enough to stop the payments? should I call to confirm the emails are legit?
  • That's brilliant angelstar1207, you're very welcome :):) xxxxx
  • Yeah I think so wobblychick, and if you're products arrived, it'll be worth your while to return them. The address is in one of my previous messages. And make sure you do recorded delivery, it'll put your mind at rest xxxx
  • Hello.
I stupidly fell for the scam!! I ordered the pills from a facebook ad on the 9th Sept. £4.95 and £2.95 and today I noticed on my bank statement that they have taken two more amounts of £79.95 on the 22nd & 23rd Sept.
I phoned my bank and they have stopped any further payments being taken out of my account but they said they cannot refund the money that has already been taken. Has anyone successfully got their money back? How do I go about getting a full refund? Its a lot of money and I don't want them to get away with it.
    Many Thanks

I know it's a long thread, but if you read it you will be in a much better position to get a refund.
