Loopy Lou - i signed up to swagbucks and ive started doing as much as i can on there to earn pennies for xmas - im planning on doing the paypal payments once ive got enough....do they charge anything for that, or is £10 going to actually be £10?
Ive done it all weekend, and today im doing the halloween sb codes to earn even more - im at 1176 points so far, in TWO days - thats a fiver so far! x

One more payday (end of November) and il have paid 2 out of 3 debts AND have completed the "pay off a CC by xmas" SAD challenge!!! yayyyy Cant believe il be debt free relatively soon! x

So whats new with me? not a lot i've signed up to the NOvember and i'm steady tonight I did go out but only because my friend offered a glass of wine... I saw my ex today and he is into the "lets be friends" thing... and as much as I feel great when I speak to him afterwards... *sighs*.. I dunno hurts not to talk to him...hurts to talk to him... luckily I managed to get my backside to the gym so I had burnt 400 cals to squeeze in a glass of red

welcome back loopylou - wondered where you were! Happy Halloween! Im at roughly a tenner, think im gonna keep going, get as much as i can, and swap for paypal somewhere in mid december, and hope i get in time. Ive been doing it every day, and doing everything i can think of to get points!! Im happy with my debt busting - ALSO, i have a load of annual leave owing at work that they have agreed to pay me for on my next payday, so thats a nice chunk towards debt payments....At this rate, I will be down to a debt of roughly £2k on new years eve!! what a way to bring in the new year! :beer:
I say tell your ex you have enough friends - have a second (or third) glass of red, and think about how amazing your life is going to be debt free, and i BET theres a LOVELY guy about to walk right into your life, and you dont even know it! :kisses2:

I know that feeling. Spoke to ex for 3 1/2 hours on Facetime last night - felt great at the time but missing him like crazy today.

Got paid yesterday though and it feels so good to pay a chunk off the Credit Card. I actually think its one of the best feelings ever! But I'm a control freak and this is something I can control (unlike my feelings) which makes me feel positive and confident

Folks, i've invited Lulabelle to come and join us here - hopefully she will, and we can all give her lots of love and support! How is everyone getting on with the debt busting and the pay of one debt before xmas challenge?
I did a massive bulk of my xmas shopping yesterday, mostly with vouchers!!.... bought all my xmas cards and wrapping paper etc too cos it was cheap and cheerful - my friend spent the whole time looking at me like id lost my mind! x

Hi all, how are you all doing? I have just done a 10km race - and did 10 miles at the Great South Run last weekend! Still going with my voucher earning, should get another £5 from SB today!!

I bought myself a box of chocs from Lidl yesterday, not really MSE but I will enjoy them whilst watching Downton!

hiya im single too, and finishing paying off my car next month, so that'll free it up.ive been paying it off on a 0% cc for £350 for the lst few months.

i do have cc debt otherwise though, about £2k and im not of the mindset of paying it off in a hurry.
ive been paying about £10 above the minimum for the last few months and gathering some savings
