Also any posts we find you have made will also be dealt with in the same matter (all forum posts are posted with your IP address so easy to prove).I would also suggest for your own benefit that if you have already made any detrimental posts about our company you get them removed as coupled with the numerous emails, fake customer accounts you have registered and the direct threat you made to our office today things do not look good for you. We will be doing some Google searches over the coming days to check if any detrimental posts have be made and if necessary contacting the site owners to see if the posts come from your IP addresses.
If it's so easy to find out where you have posted from your ip address then why on earth would they then need to threaten to got to site owners to ask if the posts came from your IP address.....there's a very very strong smell coming from this and it aint any of the perfume they try to flog on the site LOL0 -
OH MY GOD
Is all I have to say!!!
I am just pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff! Why don't they just LISTEN and do something about their flipping security and save themselves all this grief????? They really are starting to sound like genuine card-details-grabbing dodgy cowboys now!0 -
Hi , I emailed them this last night
"can you please tell me why when i went to place an order on your website it directed me to an un-secure page to enter my card details . Many thanks , Natalie "
And this morning got this reply
"No idea what you are talking about, we only accept Paypal, we don't ask for any card details on our site nor do we ask you to enter them anywhere other than Paypal which is perfectly secure.
Regards
Mike

Thomas came home after 3 months and 2 days in hospital weighing 5lb 15ozs
Thomas weighed 21lb 4ozs on his 1st birthday , a total weight gain of 18lbs 5ozs !

i might mail them asking if they're a legitimate company as they claim to be in the UK but have an American name.0

Cant anything be done to investigate if anything is fishy with this site as regards the scam thing that was mentioned earlier regarding card details etc?
Thanx to the OP for bringing this to peoples attention. Wouldnt be surprised though if more people find out about this they change names or something and carry on conning under a different nameThanx

I noticed that the offer to give a refund (wonder whether it's been received yet) was made only when evidence of proof of posting (which they said they had) was being sought by the OP. Perhaps they couldn't actually produce the evidence of posting - and wouldn't be making a claim on Royal Mail in any case.0

Looks as though you can only pay them via PayPal (US) now and that is a padlocked https site. I can't see an option to pay by credit card. Looks like some improvement at least.0

Within about 24 hours of starting this thread, I realised that they seemed to be a lot dodgier than I originally thought.
So I submitted a 'significantly not as described' conflict through Paypal. That way, I knew I would have more chance of getting my money back.
As part of the conflict resolution proforma, I had to email the recipient of my money (someone called Leslie) and I wrote a terribly polite email saying that I understood they were looking to give me a refund, but I was concerned about it not having arrived yet. I didn't give them any grief or hassle.
I still have not heard anything from her/them. The Paypal conflict thing will be escalated so that Paypal have to intervene on 25th April.
ETA to be honest my gut feeling is now that they never posted it. It's a bit of a coincidence that I definitely didn't get an email from them either telling me it had been dispatched. Also its a bit of a coincidence that the missing items which never turned up included the free mascara which was the whole reason for me putting the order in in the first place.....0 -

Thanks for letting us know.
I am REALLY glad that this is the eventual outcome of all this silliness. I can't believe it took all this hassle to get them to sort it out though!0
