Does MSE condone obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception?
Can we look forward to a "Useful tips for shop lifters" thread next?
No and no.0 -
Anyone know if Mail on Sunday's You Magazine has 0% for 18 monmths application/deal on?
I check 2 supermarkets today as I missed it last week and no sign of it today unless it was in the sealed "YOU" magazine.
Cheers

They will pay off your current credit card debts, and, having done this before, I will include a ficticious amount from my Barclay card which I can then transfer into my current account and then into my savings account.

cough cough - er hum, this is what credit card tarting is all about - getting money from credit card companies at 0% interest. Unfortunately, some companies do not do bt's into one's bank account, therefore one has to find a way round it. Anyway, I was only asked what the credit limit was on my Barclay card, not how much I owed - which happened to be zero, so it was not a deliberate 'fraud', but knowing what I know now, if one can up the credit limit, then it would appear that they will 'pay off' that amount whether it is owed or not, and Barclay card will then transfer it into your bank account, (and then into the ol' savings account ;) ) Just passing on what I have experienced in the hope it might be of use to someone.
;Dif i had known then what i know now0 -
I rang Capital one today and was told that it was indeed a genuine offer, and to get my application in quick!! There is no need to spend £100 either and no charge for bts, so I'd better get it in the post then ;Dif i had known then what i know now0
