Anybody successfully applied for the better offer either online or on phone?
How do credit limits compare to other cards?
Anybody now how to get an invite?0 -
I'm desperate for on of these, as it's fast approaching 'swap-time'!!
If anyone has a spare leaflet from the Mail-on-sunday, please could you PM me for my address and post it to me?
I would be eternally grateful!
<edit>
Cancel this. I've just found one in our recycle bin! I bought it, but obviously didn't read it as thoroughly as i do the express. (Martin, are you watching?

Our leaflet in the Mail was for 6 months - I've searched it all but can't find anything about an extension upto 18 months.
Mind you if I have to pay 3% then my currently monthly payment would be £118 which is more than I'm paying with my current Natwest card (Balance just short of £4k). I think I'll just stick to selling stuff on ebay and then transfer sales money to credit card. "What you never had, you won't miss" as my nanna used to sayCreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
I tried calling and was first told don't know anythign about it, then when I said there seems to be some confusion - some ppl know, some don't, & some ppl are receiving invites..then suddenly it wasn't all news to her!! She said it's inviatation only! Why are they being so coy....
Well I tried the online appl & none of the codes worked with that. ANyone managed to get thru yet (without an official invite)
Can the code for the 0%, 18 month, no miinimum spend & pref no 2% charge be confirmed by anyone plse?
Thanks!Be ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -
I have rummaged thru bin re mail on sunday, but can only find Capital one leaflets 0% for 6 months. No sign of 18 months at 0%. The ref nos are very similar to those quoted by other folk earlier. - Is this summat to do with where you live? I live nr Chester (nr Liverpool).0

I`ve just received the Capital One card offer. Thought, too good to be true! Read every word of all the small print (got a headache now) and couldn`t fault it. I appear to have been offered the Full Free Monty! No minimum spend, no BT charge and at the end of the 18 months an APR of 9.9%, not that I will be using it.
I`m BT`ing all the debt from my Halifax One card, which itself was a free 6 month BT.
The code at the bottom of the page is 8453/SEP. Deadline 29 Oct 2004.
The blurb says my balance should be transferred in 7 working days! I`ll try to keep you posted.
Has anyone got a spare one of these application forms?
If so please PM me. My current card runs out soon and I'm looking for a good deal to swap to.
Thank you.0 -
Sky TV subscribers - Look carefully inside your October Sky magazine - there's an application form for CapitalOne's 0% 18 month offer inside!! ;D ;D ;D0

Not necessarily - mine was for 6 months0

I was beginning to think my October Sky mag would never arrive in time - it's the last day in September and it only arrived today!
Anyway, mine was for 6 months too. Plus 8 more items of junk from various companies (that doesn't include the mag itself).0 -

Do you mean actually 'in' the Sky mag, or a leaflet that came 'with' the sky mag? ???0
