Just got off the phone from capital one and they are sending me an 18 month 0% application out. I phoned the customer services number and asked if they could send me another 18 month 0% application form to me as the application form I received in the Sunday Mail I had mislaid. The representative said no problem and would email there application department to send me one out, they then said it would be with me in the next 7-10 working days. So I will keep you informed if this app does turn up and which offer arrives. ::)0

Check the T&Cs very carefully.
Over on TMF someone has the 18 month 0% offer on BTs BUT they are required to spend £100 before Jan 2005.
As I hope we all know, any repayments pay off the 0% debt meaning that interest, at the standard rate for purchases, is racking up on the £100 spend.
Check carefully!Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac0 -
I told them that I got the form from the Mail on Sunday, and I posted it a couple of weeks ago.... They told me there was a 3 week delay... I said some other post had gone missing that i posted at the same time.... They wouldnt send me out another form0

0% for 18 months, no requirement to spend, no balance transfer fee, received offer in Mail on Sunday Ref 8454-100. I applied on the 26th of September and received my card this morning. Rang to activate and double checked the conditions and it really is that good. The credit limit is also double my best previous and four times what Barclaycard were offering.0

I havn't studied all the postings, but if it is a regional thing, then could it be that as I live in a property hot spot in the North, this is why I have been given the best deal possible with a big credit limit. They could be trying to 'cash in' on people who think they are much better off as their house prices have doubled in the last year.0

After many visits to whsmiths looking through the mags for an 18 month application form, & having funny looks from the staff I unexpectedly struck lucky, an application form was posted with my NTL phone bill!!!! ;D ;D ;D
Sent of the application straight away, hope I get accepted. :-/Next year we'll be millionaires!0 -

there is the facility on the Capital One site to apply for offers sent out in the post online
"If you received an invitation for a Capital One card by mail, you can apply for the same offer online."
you need a 13 digit reservation number and a 6 digit access code.
Could someone who has a form provide these :-/0
