The only reason I can think of is that I've already got 3 other credit cards, but surely the whole point of a balance transfer offer is for people in just that sort of situation!

They want people with one card paying the minimum each month and with a tasty balance on which they are paying a high rate.  They might guess that they can not look forward to making much profit from you.  They might me right.
They are not making much from me either.

I found the 18 month Capital One Deal today in WH Smith in four four two Magazine. Eastleigh, Hampshire.

I managed to find the 18 month Capital One Deal leaflet today in Tesco in the four four two Magazine. I certainly would not have looked there had it not been for your posting.

I have scoured the T's & C's and cannot see anywhere about having to spend £100. Perhaps this deal is different to the one on the original forms.

I could do with a form if anyone manages to find they have a spare - I have searched around and only come across 6 month deals at the mo - If I do manage to stumble across any I'll nab a few and post to anyone who wants em too but I'm in the London area and hear there's not much chance of that 'down ere'.


****Went to my local Tesco's extra last night only to find 'rugby world' and 'four four two' both had 6 month deals only. Then this morning walked into Liv. St Smiths and whilst 'Rigby World' had the 6 month deal, I can confirm that 'four four two' has the 18 month deal with 0.5% cashback and limit up to 25k ref 8454-104 - they have more so pick one up if nearby or can go via liv st. somehow (couple on top of the pile may be empty thanks to me). Other than that, sure enough, i have 2 spares to give away, first two to send me a private message (pm on this board) get the leaflets subject to sending me a self-addressed envelope, of course*****

Cheers for that. Just zoomed to Asda in Chandlers Ford and bingo Four Four Two in stock with the leaflets as well. Just don't take the first copy if you read it, it might be empty !!
