visited currys today! and i bought a new dyson vacuum cleaner. they took my payment at which point i asked the sales asisstent to carry the hoover to my car for me as i could not. she refused.
i asked if she could get someone else and had to wait over ten minutes for someone who could be bothered to carry it to my car for me.
great service huh! i definitely wont be buying my next there.

Fair enough. I do agree though, you should expect a hand.0

I dont think its a case of they couldnt be bothered, probably they were all serving someone. Sign of the times, short staffed probably.
At least she asked someone to come and help and they did. I really dont think its a reason to tell people not to shop there
Dyson, you bought a Dyson. Mr Dyson took all the grants from Britain that he could and then sodded off abroad, making thousands of people redundant, that and they break down easily is why I personally would never buy one.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

dont really care about that to be honest it works best for me and none of my friends have ever had one break down.0 -
You should care Frapster because Mr Dyson has took all the grant money, paid from your taxes, and left you to pay the benefits bill, again, with your taxes0

My friend was looking at a new blackberry playbook in currys.Said she wanted to buy it as it had very good reviews but could the sales assistant show her how it works please. He said cant do that im not a salesman im a customer service assistant you will have to buy it first then ring a number for that..needless to say she told him he was ridiculous and walked out.0

What was wrong with waiting 10 minutes ?
The Sales Assistant couldn't carry the dyson as she is on the tills, and leaving the till would mean getting a right rollocking so she asked for someone else to help albeit 10 minutes later.
How is the Dyson ?
Staff aren't on tap to help customers with they're purchases to they're cars, they have other customers to attend to.0
