I'm not surprised they kicked off!
Very good. It's one of those things people say that annoys me.
I think your post was lost on the OP though...there were loads of staff in the store with no work to do and i didnt pay at a checkout, it was done at some terminal by the hoover section.0 -
yes it works but it should work anyway it is the service i am not happy with.
i know what you are saying but the person serving should have explained themself
If they had a medical reason they couldn't carry it, then it is absolutely none of your business.and i was in a hurry
Why didn't you go shopping when you had more time?but they still didnt do it any quicker.
If those who are able to carry things were busy doing things for other customers, why the hell should you get preferential treatment?i was in the shop spending a lot of money
A lot of sterling, but how much profit?and ic ould just have turned round and asked for a refund while all the other staff are selling toasters and stuff.
How dare other people want to buy toasters...possibly toasters with more profit-per-pound than your vacuum cleaner.it is poor service and means i wont shop there again same for my friends.
How dare other people be in the shop occupying staff who could be waiting on you hand and foot.0 -
To clarify, any Currys staff are allowed to leave the store to help customers.
I always used to help when I could

Allowed, but not always possible... the person on the till in my local Currys only has one leg so while he's easily strong enough to hold a vacuum it's not exactly practical...mattyprice4004 wrote: »To clarify, any Currys staff are allowed to leave the store to help customers.

You bought a Dyson. Why would someone then carry a Hoover to your car. You bought a Dyson.0

So I wonder how the appliances are unloaded from delivery vehicles at the store and manage to get onto display?0 -

Sucks teeth: "More than my job's worth to move that, gov. You'll need to get someone from unloading and display."

Another happy Dyson owner here.
My Animal has been going for a few years but my original DC01 Dyson which we bought when we moved in over 16 years ago is still going strong and used daily at my In Laws.0
