and ic ould just have turned round and asked for a refund while all the other staff are selling toasters and stuff.

How dare other people want to buy toasters...possibly toasters with more profit-per-pound than your vacuum cleaner.

it is poor service and means i wont shop there again same for my friends.

How dare other people be in the shop occupying staff who could be waiting on you hand and foot.

Allowed, but not always possible... the person on the till in my local Currys only has one leg so while he's easily strong enough to hold a vacuum it's not exactly practical...

WOW! Sorry, Read thread all about Lazy/Incapable person with one sore shoulder asking for help and when given it COMPLAINS.

My wife is disabled and she still carries Dyson up/down all over house without complaining so sorry about your "sore shoulder"

Another happy Dyson owner here.
My Animal has been going for a few years but my original DC01 Dyson which we bought when we moved in over 16 years ago is still going strong and used daily at my In Laws.
